I was able to clock the grey SUV at 47mph in the 25mph zone. The grey SUV then passed the motorcycle in the left turn lane. Another woman in an SUV was in the left turn lane going eastbound, making a left turn onto Maple Street. She had to stop to avoid hitting the grey SUV, and she was blowing her horn at him. I stopped the grey SUV and identified the driver as Kamal. Kamal asked why I stopped him and I told him speed and passing in a turn lane. Kamal said that he was late for a doctors appointment. Kamal then said that I could not write him a ticket since he was working for us. I said you don't work for us that I know of. Then he tried to show me some business cards of what may have been a DEA agent or maybe a FBI agent. I just handed them back to him. Kamal was issued his citation.
