Under the living area is room for storage with water tanks, washing machine and fridge. At the stern the engine room is separated by a collision bulkhead. The exterior photos were taken while Aviso was in a temporary day berth so work could be done on the pool. In the evening the barge would be moved back to her normal berth area. A lot of redecorating was started in 2008. The interior was about 80% done and the exterior woodwork, paint and swimming pool will all be done before the start of summer. There are six bicycles carried aboard and a very small 4 person car that can be put on and off the barge with a crane in minutes by a single person. 1

You can see the Asian Cabin just ahead of the salon / dining area in this picture 26
The color in these salon / dining area pictures is a bit off. The walls are a bit lighter than seen even in this picture. The kitchen is messy because a lot of work was being done for a dinner the evening these pictures were taken. 27

This is one of three guest cabins. This one is called the boat cabin and is between the kitchen and the salon just forward of the kitchen. This is my favorite cabin. Pictures of Myles friends and their families who live in France or other places not in the USA in most cases. 33

Henri and Claudia who live in the forward apartment and keep up the barge for Myles leave fresh flowers every day we are aboard. 41

This is the Asian cabin. It is just forward of the salon. It is the only cabin that is of Myles choice of décor. There are a lot of his dragons from his dragon collection from Vietnam in here. 43

The bathroom in the Asian cabin has a sunken tub / shower. There is an antique claw footed bathtub in one of the other cabins and a conventional bathtub in another cabin 49
The tile work everywhere is lovely 50
