AERONAUTICAL CHARGES LANDING CHARGES Landing charges are based on the aircraft maximum taxi weight. Maximum Taxi Weight Fixed Charge Rate per tonne or part thereof Up to 50 tonnes - $11.00 (Subject to a minimum charge of $25) 51 to 100 tonnes $550 $12.00 over 50 tonnes Over 100 tonnes $1,150 $13.00 over 100 tonnes Training Flights Less than or equal to 2 tonnes More than 2 tonnes (normal charges apply) $25.00 per landing 1 $11.00 per tonne or part thereof (Subject to a minimum charge of $25) Notes 1 All landings to be charged at S$25 per landing (regardless full-stop, touch-and-go or forced landing). Initial discounts: (a) 40% discount for the period 1 Apr 2014 to 31 Mar 2015 (b) 20% discount for the period 1 Apr 2015 to 31 Mar 2016 (c) 0% discount from 1 Apr 2016 onwards 2 Exemptions from payment of landing fee: (a) military aircraft; (b) aircraft used for Government ceremonial purposes; (c) foreign diplomatic aircraft engaged on diplomatic or consular missions to Singapore; (d) aircraft which is operated by or on behalf of an association, authority, body or institution (whether incorporated or unincorporated) lawfully established for charitable objects exclusively for the purpose of travel by the employees or volunteers of such an association, authority, body or institution to any place outside Singapore (including transit through Singapore) (i) to combat the effects of any emergency at that place; (ii) to provide emergency medical or other assistance for casualties or survivors in that place; (iii) to reduce further damage in that place; or (iv) to support emergency affected communities in the reconstruction and restoration of the physical infrastructure, the environment and community, psychosocial and economic well-being; and Page 2 of 9

(e) aircraft carrying the following passengers, and no others, on a flight originating from and ending in Singapore without landing in any place outside Singapore: (i) any beneficiary of an association, authority, body or institution (whether incorporated or unincorporated) lawfully established for charitable objects; and (ii) any employee or volunteer of such an association, authority, body or institution accompanying that beneficiary. PARKING CHARGES Parking charges are based on the area occupied (Span of aircraft x Maximum length) by the aircraft. The parking charges are charged per 24 hours or part thereof, with the first 3 hours free. PASSENGER CHARGES Under the Aviation Levy Order which came into effect since 1 Oct 2009, every departing passenger at Seletar Airport will be required to pay an aviation levy. Aviation Levy OP Notes 4 Not subjected to GST 5 Exemptions from payment of PSC and PSSC: (a) (b) (c) operating crew required to perform duties on an aircraft or travelling on an aircraft in order to commence duties on an aircraft from another destination but not employees of an aircraft operator travelling on its aircraft other than as part of the operating crew; any passenger aboard any aircraft referred to in Note 3 under landing charges; infants below the age of 2 years; (d) service personnel and their dependants embarking on aircraft operating on charter flights on behalf of the Joint Services Movement Control of the United Kingdom; (e) Republic of Singapore military personnel traveling for military purposes on an aircraft other than military aircraft; (f) any person (i) who is accredited as a diplomatic or consular representative of the government of any foreign territory, or is a staff member of any such diplomatic or consular representative; (ii) who holds a valid diplomatic passport, official passport, service passport or public affairs passport issued by the government of that foreign territory; and (iii) who is the subject of a request by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore to be treated as an exempt passenger; Page 5 of 9

(g) any head of state or head of government of a foreign territory who is recognized by Singapore (whether or not a guest of the Government) whom the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore requests to be treated as an exempt passenger; (h) any person whom the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore recognizes as a representative of an international organization (whether or not a guest of the Government) and whom that Ministry requests to be treated as an exempt passenger; (i) (j) every member of the delegation travelling with a person referred to in sub-paragraph (f), (g) or (h); any employee or volunteer of an association authority, body or institution (whether incorporated or unincorporated) lawfully established for charitable objects travelling to any place outside Singapore (including transit through Singapore) (i) to combat the effects of any emergency at that place; (ii) to provide emergency medical or other assistance for casualties or survivors in that place; (iii) to reduce further damage in that place; or (iv) to support emergency affected communities in the reconstruction and restoration of the physical infrastructure, the environment and community, psychosocial, and economic well-being; (k) any employee or volunteer of an association, authority, body or institution (whether incorporated or unincorporated) lawfully established for charitable objects accompanying any beneficiary thereof, and that beneficiary, travelling on a flight originating from and ending in Singapore without landing in any place outside Singapore; (l) any passenger who does not leave the transit area, or who leaves the transit area because of interruption to that passenger s departing flight from the airport caused by the unserviceability of the aircraft concerned or the unavailability of an essential facility or caused by delay beyond the control of the passenger or the airline operator concerned; and (m) any passenger who, as evidenced by his passenger ticket, is scheduled to depart from Singapore by an aircraft within 24 hours of his scheduled time of arrival for a destination in another country other than the country from which he embarked. AIRPORT EMERGENCY SERVICE (AES) CHARGES All air carriers, ground handling agents, facilities managers, project/maintenance contractors, owners, and all tenants or any of your contractors or subcontractors operating within Seletar Airport are required to comply with all fire safety requirements, safety instructions, permit to work system and hot work procedures required by SCDF and as stipulated by Changi Airport Group s (CAG) Fire Safety Manual. To prevent abuse of AES resources, CAG s AES Division may levy service charge on the above-mentioned parties for any of the following services: i. Removal of Fuel Hazards ii. Refuelling / Defuelling Standby iii. Explosives Escort iv. Hot Works Standby v. First Aid Firefighting Application (FAFA) training vi. False fire alarm activation turnout vii. Vehicle escort viii. Fire Patroller duties ix. DECAM line connection The scheduled activation rates in the event of the above-mentioned services are: Service Charge 1 Fire Vehicle $350 per vehicle per hour or part thereof* 2 Fire Officer $50 per officer per hour or part thereof* 3 Fire Fighter $25 per fire fighter per hour or part thereof* 4 DECAM Line Connection $750 per line connection *excludes GST Page 8 of 9

AIRPORT PASS CHARGES Seasonal Pass Charges Seasonal airport pass applications are chargeable and the charges differ according to the validity periods of the seasonal airport pass. The maximum validity period of the seasonal airport pass is 3 years. Please refer to the table for the respective charges: Validity period Cost (inclusive of GST) 1 Year $7.49 2 Years $10.70 3 Years $14.98 Payment for the above charges must be made before applicants proceed to the Seletar Airport Pass Office for photograph-taking. Payment can be made at any AXS machines located island-wide. For convenience, CAG has installed an AXS machine at the Seletar Airport Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) that may be used for payment of airport pass charges. The Seletar Airport Pass Office is located at Seletar Airport, Building 557 West Camp Road, Singapore 797794. Please retain the receipt as the payment receipt will be validated and collected by the appointed Pass Officer on duty. Visitor Pass Charges Visitor Passes are issued free of charge. Applications for Seletar Airport Visitor Pass are required to be submitted through a Sponsor who is a registered tenant of Seletar Airport or companies with operational business interest at Seletar Airport.
