The following information must be provided:» Name(s) as in passport» Flight details, including arrival date in Singapore» Length of stay» Hotel required, with alternative choice» Room occupancy e.g. twin, single or twin room with extra bed You will receive documents confirming the name of the package that you have purchased. It is mandatory to bring the documents with you to Singapore and present it to our representative at the Transit Lounge, Transit Hotel or at the SIA Singapore Stopover counter on arrival, then to the hotel of your stay. The package is not sold in Singapore. Restrictions on sale of Singapore Stopover Holiday packages may apply in some countries. TRANSFERS PROCEDURES Upon arrival into Singapore (after immigration and custom procedures), please proceed to the SIA Singapore Stopover counter, located at: a) Arrival Hall of Changi Airport Terminal 2 (After Belt 38 and McDonald s restaurant) b) Arrival Hall of Changi Airport Terminal 3 (After Belt 41 and McDonald s restaurant) Please refer page 70 for the SIA Singapore Stopover counter locations. Please present your travel documents to our counter representative who will arrange your return transfers. Kindly proceed to the counter immediately after the immigration clearance. Transfers are provided in air-conditioned coach or mini bus on seat-in-coach (shared) basis. Average waiting time is approximately 15 to 20 minutes, subject to seats availability. Your return transfer from the hotel of your stay will be booked at the counter on your arrival. Please contact +65 6732 7928 (office hours) or +65 9145 8660 (after office hours) and at least 24 hours ahead if you need to change your pick-up time. Confirmation of the change request is subject to availability. Please arrive at the designated pick up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time to the airport. For baggage information, please refer to section on baggage allowance. Separate arrangement must be made for passengers arriving with wheelchair (either motorized or non-motorized) at a charge. Advance reservations are required and information can be obtained through the nearest SQ or MI office or with your local travel agent. Please refer to our Add On chart for the applicable charges. Private Transfers Private transfers must be prearranged at least 3 working days prior to flight arrival. The driver will meet you at the exit of your baggage belt in the Arrival Hall with a meeting name sign. Waiting time is 1 hour from flight landing. Please refer to our Add On chart for the applicable charges. COMPLIMENTARY DEALS (Applicable to SSH only) To enjoy the fantastic offers, you are required to stopover in Singapore and travel to another destination into and out of Singapore on SQ or MI. Please present your deals card and valid boarding pass/e-ticket for redemption at the participating establishment. The deals card will be issued to you at the SIA Singapore Stopover counter at Changi Airport. A delivery charge of SGD30 per service is applicable if you need the card to be delivered to you at the hotel and this is subject to the availability of the transport. For passengers with private car transfers, our driver will hand the welcome kit and deals card to the passengers at the arrival belt. The use of items offered in the deals card is for one time use and only valid up to the date of departure stated on the Singapore Stopover deals card and are not transferable. The offer is not available for accommodation on passengers own arrangement. Transfers to the attractions are not included in the package price. However, if you prefer inclusive transfers, it can be arranged at a charge. Please contact our counter representative at the SIA Singapore Stopover counter for the arrangement. For arrivals from 01 April to 15 September 2018, the inclusions for SSH package will be based on the updated Complimentary Deals, effective from 01 April 2018 instead. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE A maximum of two (2) pieces baggage with total weight not exceeding 30kg for check-in, one (1) piece of hand-carry cabin bag not exceeding 7kg and the sum of length, width and height of each piece not exceeding 115cm are permitted. Only checked baggage will be stored in the vehicle luggage compartment. Due to storage constraints, your baggage may be transported by luggage vans to your hotel or airport. This means your bag may travel separately from you and may arrive at the hotel or airport at a different time. The add-on charges for excess baggage are as follows:» SGD7 for each piece of standard size baggage» SGD10 for each piece of outsize or bulky baggage such as child car seat, foldable & non-foldable wheelchair, boxes, crates, etc.» SGD85 for a luggage van to transfer sporting equipment such as golfing and scuba diving equipment, surfboards, canoes, bicycles and musical equipment which are not allowed in the coach/mini bus. Passengers with such equipment should arrange private transfer or luggage van. The luggage van must be pre-booked prior to your arrival to Singapore. Alternatively, you may arrange for the sporting equipment to be left at the Airport Left Luggage counter. ACCOMMODATION Hotel rooms are standard rooms at minimum (refer brochure for room size guideline). Allocation of room category is at the discretion of the hotel. The 3rd adult will be provided with a rollaway bed.» Applies to 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults. The child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be provided.» Applies to 2 children sharing a room with 1 adult. Each child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be provided.» Applies to 2 children sharing a room with 2 adults. The first child pays the twin-sharing price. Only 1 extra bed will be provided. The second child will share the room on existing bedding without charge. HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Hotel check-in time varies between 12 noon and 3pm. The usual hotel check-out time is before 12 noon. Hotels reserve the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied before or after official check-in/check-out time. While making your reservation, please consider whether your booking requires early check-in and/or late check-out. ROOMING REQUESTS (NOT APPLICABLE TO TRANSIT HOTELS) You may request for services such as double bed, inter-connecting room, smoking / non-smoking room, low/high floor. However, these requests are not guaranteed and are subject to room availability on the day of arrival. HOTEL FOOD DISCOUNT As a Singapore Stopover passenger, you are entitled up to 50% food discount at the hotel of your stay. The offer is for ala-carte food items or buffet meals at the café as designated by the hotel. The discount does not apply during festive seasons and on the eve of public holidays. CHANGE OF BOOKING Should you decide to change your travel plans, please inform the nearest SQ or MI office or your travel agent to make the changes. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the availability of your accommodation and transfers. VISA REQUIREMENTS It is the passenger s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas and all travel documents are valid for entry into Singapore and other destinations (if applicable). CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS For cancellations within 2 working days prior to hotel check-in date and no shows, a fee equivalent to first night s stay is chargeable. REFUNDS There is no refund for unused or partially used items in the programmes. Inclusive benefits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of claims if not utilized. However, for cancellations with valid reasons, refunds are allowed if services are not utilized at all. Refunds must be applied for within three months of cancellation and the original document must be presented. ITEMS NOT INCLUDED Airport taxes, seaport taxes, surcharges, visa fees, sales taxes, exit charges levied by local authorities, custom duties, excess baggage charges, porter charge, personal and baggage insurance, laundry, meals, internet and all other expenses not specifically listed in this receipt/ brochure are not included in the price/ package. Usage of facilities at some hotels such as the health centre, business centre, spa, etc., may be subject to a fee. Passengers are advised to check with hotels prior to use. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS All arrangements in this brochure for transport, accommodation or other services, except air transportation (the Services ) are provided by suppliers independent of Tradewinds Tours & Travel Pte Ltd ( TTT ), SQ, MI and/or participating partner airlines. SQ, MI and participating partner airlines only provide air transportation. Your contractual or other relationship is directly with the supplier of the Services and independent of SQ, MI or any participating partner. The Services are provided based on the terms and conditions of the supplier of the Services. Any limitations, which apply to the carrier s liability in respect of air transport as a result of the Warsaw Convention and the Montreal Convention (amended or unchanged), whichever shall be applicable, will also apply for the benefit of the organiser and supplier of the services. TTT, SQ, MI, any participating partner airline, their employees and/or agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, expense, injury, accident, or death that occurs as a result of the provision of the Services. TTT, SQ, MI, any participating partner airline, their employees and/or agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, expense, injury, accident, or death that occurs from causes outside their reasonable control or from any act or omission of a party other than themselves. In no event will the liability of TTT, SQ, MI, any participating partner airline, their employees and/or agents for any loss, damage, delay, or expense exceed as an absolute maximum the price of the Services obtained. GOVERNING LAW The terms and conditions herein constitute the entire agreement amongst TTT, SQ, MI and their participating partner airlines with you for the Singapore Stopover Programmes. This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You will have to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. In the interpretation of these conditions, no rules of construction will apply to the disadvantage of any party on the basis that that party drafted that condition.
