Pausenexpress 10th November 2016 for employees Facts - 15 minute organized active breaks with a qualified trainer (mobilization, strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises) - 5 8 participants - Location: staff offices - No changing of clothes is necessary - For free (financed by rectorate) - 200 participations each week Evaluation 2015 (n = 123) - Short term effects: improvement of mood (72% fully applies), working atmosphere (55%), recovery (51%), concentration (49%) - 84 % very satisfied

(collective answer) Hey, I feel more awake already! I wasn t expecting this. This is better than lectures any day. This is cool! Wow, I don`t feel so tired now! Nobody told me, this was going to happen This is going to really help my concentration!

Drinking Campaign Facts: - Information desks in front of 3 university canteens - Distribution of 0,5l cups with the slogan: drink four of me every day! - 1,500 cups have been distributed to the employees so far (46 %) - Successful marketing strategy!
