The Bolton Hotel has a long history of care and attention to detail. It was named after one of the first ships to land exhausted immigrants onto the shores of Wellington. The Bolton Hotel is the only independent Qualmark five star rated boutique hotel in Wellington, New Zealand. We treat our guests as individuals providing them with the comfort and privacy they value. The Bolton may be located in the hub of Wellington s central business district but it has a distinctive inviting boutique feel. All apartment style suites are spacious and feature full kitchens with washer/dryers units, ensuites with separate shower and bath and an independent living area with flat screen televisions. Views are optional between the Thorndon Hills or city outlook, suites are located from the third to the 16 th floor. With 139 contemporary-styled guest rooms and suites, each guest room has an ipad mini with custom built Bolton Hotel app. The hotel boasts a fully equipped gym, heated lap pool, spa pool, sauna and in-house restaurant Artisan Dining House, the award winning Bolton Hotel experience is like no other. Terms and conditions: The Bolton Hotel is 100% non-smoking, there is a designated smoking area for guests outside the hotel lobby. A $500 cleaning fee will be incurred if guests smoke in their room. As per international hotel standard, the Bolton Hotel does not have rack rates. Separate booking terms and conditions apply for groups and event dates. Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be free of charge up until 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge for the first nights accommodation. Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge for the first nights accommodation. In the case of a no show reservations will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge for one nights accommodation and any remaining nights will be released. Separate cancellation policy applies for groups and event dates.
