About Sail Baltimore Since 1976, Sail Baltimore has produced a free, annual, public program of visiting ships from around the world and family-friendly maritime events for the Baltimore area and beyond. Sail Baltimore has welcomed more than 750 vessels and produced more than 50 maritime events, with an economic impact of more than $600 million for the area economy. Moreover, more than 15,000 children have participated in our youth education program. Our annual visiting ships program includes international tall ships, military vessels, educational and sea service ships. In addition to our program of visiting ships, Sail Baltimore celebrates significant historic events for our city, state and country through large tall ship gatherings like Star-Spangled Sailabration and Spectacular. Sail Baltimore s programs also provide unique opportunities for educating young people. Through our youth education program, young people climb aboard ships from around the world with special, hands-on, private group tours, providing them the opportunity for cultural exchange, as well as learning about maritime technologies, environmental and conservation issues, history, geography, career options and more. 2

Presenting Sponsorship Recognition Exclusive Designation: Your company will be designated as the presenting sponsor of Sail Baltimore s Portside Party 2017. Commemorative Plaque: Your company will receive a plaque commemorating your presenting sponsorship. Public Announcement: Your company will be publicly recognized at the Portside Party event on November 9, 2017. Hospitality Portside Party: Your company will receive 40 tickets to Sail Baltimore s Portside Party event on November 9, 2017. Ship Receptions: Your company will receive a total of 12 tickets to Sail Baltimore Official Ship Reception(s) on board visiting tall ships and/or naval vessels in 2018. VIP Tour: Your company will receive a VIP tour on a visiting ship for up to 20 people in 2018, subject to captains approval. Private Sail on board Pride II: Your company will have the opportunity to host a private, two-hour daysail for 32 guests on board Pride of Baltimore II in 2018 on a mutually agreeable date. VIP Arrival aboard Visiting Ship: Your company will have the opportunity for 4 people to ride on a tugboat to greet a ship and ride it into the harbor in 2018. Subject to captain s approval. Captain s Lunch: Invitation for 2 people to join an official lunch with a visiting ship captain in 2018.
