EXHIBITORS Boasting an annual average attendance o 2,000 people, 88 booth spaces are available or the 24 th Annual Business Expo on Thursday, October 1 st to organizations or displaying their goods and services. AGREEMENT made by and between the undersigned exhibitor (hereinater called the exhibitor ) and the San Angelo Chamber o Commerce (hereinater called the Chamber ). SET-UP HOURS: Exhibitors will be able to set up on Wednesday evening rom 3:00-6:00 p.m. Remainder o set-up may be done Thursday morning rom 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. EXHIBIT SPACE: The exhibit space is to be used or the display o the products and services o applicant s company and or no other purpose. Orders may be taken, but NO CASH sales are allowed during Expo. We hereby understand and agree that the exhibit space leased herewith, includes only that which is deined by the Chamber and that any additional requirements desired must be approved by the Chamber in writing. EXHIBIT HOURS: All exhibits must be open and staed rom 10:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the day o the Expo. TEAR-DOWN HOURS: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day o the Expo. No exhibit shall be disassembled or removed during Expo hours. Early TEAR DOWN will jeopardize consideration o your application as an exhibitor or next year s show.
