Argentina to Brazil Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, Rio de Janiero

Argentina to Brazil Buenos Aires is a complex, energetic, and seductive port city and the people of Buenos Aires possess an elaborated and rich cultural identity. They value their European heritage highly, and the lifestyle and architecture are markedly more European than any other in South America. But the city has also spawned its own art forms, notably the tango, for which Buenos Aires is famous. Iguassu Falls are located at the border with Brazil and Argentina The Iguazú Falls are the highlight of the Argentine/Brazilian rain-forest. The falls are the widest and most imposing water falls on Earth. Their name in the native tongue, guaraní, means Big Waters. Price From: $4,400 Rio de Janeiro is world renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and location, nestled between steep, green mountains and crystal clear seas. Starting the tour around the center of the city where the most attractive places are located: Av. 9 de Julio, Colón Theatre and the Obelisk, the symbol of Buenos Aires. We will continue towards Plaza de Mayo and later to the south of the city passing trough San Telmo with its tanguerías, La Boca and Caminito. Continuing to Puerto Madero, the renewed port of the city and important gastronomic area. We will also visit the biggest green space of Buenos Aires, Palermo, with its parks and buildings and last Recoleta Cemetrary where Eva Peron and other notable figures in the history of Argentina are buried. This is a neighborhood where culture and elegance live together. Duration: 4 hours Recoleta Grand Hotel, Buenos Aires (or similar) B Day 3 Today you have a free day to explore Buenos Aires. Optional Tours available upon request. Tonight you will be transferred to enjoy an Evening Tango Show & Dinner at El Querandi: This is an intimate & passionate tango show, housed in a cozy woodpanelled 19th century building with a colourful history as a meeting point for poets and students in the heart of Buenos Aires s historic centre. After being abandoned in the late 1970s, the bar was restored and reopened in 1992 as El Querandí Tango Hall. The show is directed by Claudio Campos, with musical arrangements by Ado Falasca, and it smoothly charts the history of Argentina s most authentic artistic expression from its origins to the modern day. The dinner is better than many, and at just over an hour long, the show is the perfect length. The three house singers, six dancers and 4 musicians put on a great show. You will transferred back to your Hotel. Recoleta grand Hotel, Buenos Aires (or similar) B, D

Day 4 You will be met and transferred to the Airport for your morning flight to Puerto Iguazú. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your Hotel In the afternoon you will tour by bus with our Local Tour Guide from the Visitor Centre to the Brazilian Falls.
