Bungalow and maxicaravan, prices and general information PAYMENT Within three weeks from from booking confirmation, a down payment of 30 per living accommodation per week or part thereof is required. If we do not receive the down payment within the time specified, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice. Full payment for the holiday must be made at least six weeks before arrival. Your advance payment will be subtracted from the total cost of the holiday, which will include any services not included in the quotation. Your booked stay has to be paid in full, regardless of late arrival or early departure. METHOD OF PAYMENT By bank transfer to GESTIONI BENACENSI SPA (more details will be attached to your booking confirmation). All bank charges are payable by the guest. CANCELLATION In case of cancellations, management will withhold: The deposit paid, in any case. 0% of the down payment on the holiday up to days before the start of the holiday. No refunds will be given for cancellations after these dates. CLEANING BEFORE DEPARTURE Guests must leave the accommodation before 0 a.m. Guests must leave the accomodations in the same conditions as they found them. Guests may clean by themselves or use the cleaning service at a cost of 0. Should the final inspection show that the living accommodation is not in order, this amount will in any case be charged to the guest. Camping, general information GENERAL INFORMATION Rate for one camping pitch: refers to camping pitch occupied by car plus one tent, or one car plus a caravan. Motorbikes not permitted. Maximum number of people per camping pitch:. Pets: pets are admitted only in specific campsites. They must always be kept on a leash and have documentation showing that they comply with all health regulations. Electrical connection: - Ampères. Bathrooms for disabled persons: for every group of bathrooms. Nursery, washers and driers: are located in of the bathroom units. BOOKING PROCEDURE To book your pitch, please fill in the form on our website: www.pianidiclodia.it Once booked, the pitch will be assigned to you upon your arrival. Bookings for Standard, Premium Classic, Premium Plus and De Luxe pitches are accepted, for any day of arrival, for a minimum of nights from March to July and from August to October, and for a minimum of 0 nights from July to August. As concerns the standard pitches, the guest needs to confirm by e-mail (info@pianidiclodia.it) the validity of the booking at least 30 days before arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled without further notice. The guest must arrive or advise of any delay before p.m. on the day of arrival. This deadline does not apply to bookings for Premium Classic, Premium Plus and De Luxe pitches. METHOD OF PAYMENT Standard pitches do not require the payment of a deposit. Payment for the entire stay is to be made on site prior to departure, in cash (max.. euro), or by cash card or credit card. For bookings of Premium Classic, Premium Plus and De Luxe pitches made by March, payment of the full amount must be received no later than April. For bookings made after March, payment must be made no later than days from the date of booking. If payment is not received by the date required, the booking will be cancelled without further notice. Payment of the full amount for the stay must be made by bank transfer to GESTIONI BENACENSI SPA (full details will be provided with confirmation of the booking). All bank fees are payable by the guest. CANCELLATIONS Management allows bookings to be cancelled up to 0 days prior to the start of the stay, with a full refund of the amount paid. General information, valid for all accommodation types THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE STAY RATE Admission to the swimming pools, when open. Deck chairs and beach umbrellas, both at the pools and on the beach (only during high season) can be used free of charge, but are subject to availability. Children s play areas, volley ball and basketball courts, beachvolley and table tennis are free of charge. Entertainment from March with longer daytime and evening activities in the period between 8 May and September. Shuttle bus service from the holiday park to Lazise, from March to October. Please note that: All Guests will receive written confirmation of their reservation which needs to be exhibited on arrival at the holiday park. The daily rate is the price of living accommodation (bungalow, maxicaravan or camping area) - including parking (limited to car) - plus a charge per person staying at the campsite. Free covered car park in Borgo dei Colli, in the Virgilio village, in maxicaravan Giulietta and maxicaravan Romeo. The management will take into consideration the Client s preference for a certain type of bungalow, maxicaravan or area but cannot guarantee it. The management reserves the right to modify the Client s requests depending on availability, without prior notice. Camping pitches and bathroom units are opened gradually based on occupancy rates and in the order established by Management. Bar, restaurant, pizzeria, market and bazaar are available for our guests for the entire period we are open.
