WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL TOTAL ASSURANCE PLUS (TAP) (2016) Overview: TAP Blue a new level of coverage introduced in 2013 is the most comprehensive and costeffective engine maintenance program in the industry. TAP Blue provides full coverage for your engines with no surprises. TAP Blue adds even more value than previous levels of TAP because coverage now includes foreign object damage, corrosion, optional service bulletins, and other industry-leading offerings. Parts and labor for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are covered, so TAP Blue is like having full engine warranty for as long as enrolled. Key items covered by TAP Blue include: Foreign object damage Corrosion (at major periodic inspections) Incorporation of all optional, recommended, and alert (mandatory) service bulletins Account credit for unscheduled engine removals Minimum hour forgiveness Expedited turnaround option for services at Williams repair station All routine maintenance, parts and labor All major periodic inspections (hot sections and overhauls), parts and labor Life-limited components Troubleshooting Shipping of parts and engines (including loaner engines when applicable) Wear-out items such as igniter plugs and start nozzles Engine removal and re-installation (including loaner engines when applicable) Oil at the oil change Consumables such as bearing seals and gaskets Loaner engines at the TAP Blue rate (no event or daily fee) Aircraft Valuation: Most aircraft are enrolled in TAP, and the Aircraft Bluebook values assume enrollment at the current level, TAP Blue. For aircraft enrolled in a TAP level lesser than Blue, deduct $25 per hour from the aircraft valuation. For aircraft not enrolled in TAP, deduct from the aircraft valuation the amount shown in the following tables; this deduction is a close approximation of the normal cost to enroll at the hourly intervals shown. Maintenance Service Programs - Page 1

WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL TOTAL ASSURANCE PLUS (TAP) (2016) Table Notes: Note 1. Deduction values represent the total for two engines (other than the single-engine Cirrus), and are close approximations of the normal buy-in amount required to enroll an aircraft not currently enrolled in TAP Blue. Buy-in amounts can vary depending on circumstances; please contact Williams International for actual enrollment quotes. Note 2. Interpolation of values between those listed can be accomplished (except at the major periodic inspection intervals) by simply multiplying actual hours by the value/hour of the listing closest to the actual hours. Note 3. The values shown at major periodic inspections (hot sections and overhaul) assume prior accomplishment of the respective inspections. Maintenance Service Programs - Page 2
