This afternoon, you have the choice of spending your time at the spa, on a hike, or more yoga. It s your relaxation time, do what you really want to do. Day 4: Sunday, December 4, 2016 Enjoy another morning of yoga at sunrise- to get your day started right. Breakfast at the hotel will follow after your morning practice.
