BOOMING LOCATION Situated in the border region of the lower Austrian Weinviertel and the Czech South Moravian wine regions, the outlet centre with an adjoining entertainment park has, over the last years, developed into an attraction for leisure and bargain hunting. After being taken over by the Austrian fashion outlet group (Parndorf Fashion Outlet) it features many new brands and enjoys a much higher customer frequency. PLANNED INVESTMENTS A refit of the centre is planned for the end of 2017. The portal will be constructed in an art nouveau design and, together with a new façade, will significantly improve and upgrade the appearance of the centre. The art nouveau ambience forms a joint thematic background of the regions which, historically, have been connected for a long time. Informally the shop-fronts will be adapted and new stalls designed. Enhanced promotion and marketing for the Viennese is currently under preparation which will inform of the many new brands and, in this context, of the Sunday opening.
