2-1 Benefits of ANA@desk (1) 1 Reduce costs through exclusive fares offered via ANA@desk. Business Repeat and Shuccho@wari, which are exclusive fares offered via ANA@desk, allow you to make reservations and changes until the day of departure. Discount fares, including Tokuwari, can also be applied to ensure optimal fares for each form of business travel. As of August 25, 2017 It is the maximum discount rate calculated from the one way fare at boarding on between October 29 and March 24, 2018. 2-3 Benefits of ANA@desk (3) 3 The usage status can be viewed in a list. Visualizes business travel costs. Original administrative codes can be set according to your company s administrative method. In addition, different types of statements are available for various purposes such as managing business travel costs and checking the details of business travel. Administrative items that can be set for ANA@desk Department code registration (Individual statements will be issued for each department) Corporate administrative code registration Up to a total of 702 departments can be set for your company s departments and department codes (uploadable using CSV format). These codes will be required entry items when making reservations, enabling convenient management by department. Up to a total of three administrative codes (within 10 numerical/alphabet characters) can be set. (e.g., employee ID number, business travel number and project number) These codes will be displayed as items to be entered (though not required) when making reservations. The smartphone service features a simple display design suited for tapping operations. Whether you are outside your office or away on business travel, you can easily and conveniently access ANA@desk service at any time. Certificate of ticket issuance The certificate includes reserved flights, boarding procedures, a two-dimensional barcode and other information. Since it is provided in PDF format, you can send it as an attachment. Certificate of flight confirmation The certificate includes flight dates, ticket numbers, airfares and other information. It can be used for internal settlement transactions. * This is not a receipt. * You can issue the certificate two days after boarding (except for when the flight was changed to another carrier). Convenient content (1) Information from ANA You can check out currently available campaigns, cost-saving fare information and new services. 3-1 Flow Process of Using ANA@desk (1) ANA@desk supports companies from both cost and business travel management aspects. According to your company s approval flow process, ANA@desk allows you to choose either self-issue ticket type, which enables business travelers to make reservations and issue tickets themselves, or ticketing request type, in which the issuing of e-tickets is limited to authorized personnel. (Select the option when installing ANA@desk; however, you can change the option afterwards.) Preparation before starting service From making a reservation to boarding and settlement Business travelers Reservations and issuing of e-tickets (self-issue ticket type only) You can use the system anytime, anywhere if you are able to access the Internet using your PC or cell phone. Operation is easy by simply following the on-screen prompts. Boarding If you have completed selecting your seat assignment, you can use SkiP Service, which allows you to go to the airport on the day of business travel and board without going through check-in procedures. 3-2 Flow Process of Using ANA@desk (2) [From Making Reservations to Issuing Tickets] ANA@desk is very easy to operate by simply following the on-screen prompts. * The following is an example of ticket request type. Flow process for business travelers At your request, we can provide higher security by restricting the use of ANA@desk to employees who have cleared authentication on the intranet. 1. Log in 2. Make reservations 3. Request ticket issuance 4. Reserve a seat 5. Select a seat Log in by entering corporate ID, customer number and password (customer number is not mandatory). Select flight and fare and enter the number of travelers. You can make reservations for up to six people for four routes at one time. When you request ticket issuance, the reservation details are forwarded to authorized personnel in the administrative department. When you finish requesting ticket issuance, select Reserve a seat. Select a seat on an online seat map. Flow process for authorized personnel 6. Confirm request for ticket issuance Log in using an ID for authorized personnel. Confirm in a list the reserved flights for which business travelers requested ticket issuance. 7. Issue e-tickets After confirming the reservation details and authorizing ticket issuance, proceed to Issue e-tickets. On the day of departure at the airport At the airport, pick up the customer copy of the e-ticket via an automatic check-in device and proceed to security check. If you have completed selecting your seat assignment, you can use SkiP Service. * The self-issue ticket type, which allows business travelers to carry out procedures from making reservations to issuing tickets themselves, is also available. 10
4-1 Steps through to Concluding a Contract Agreement (1) A contract agreement needs to be concluded for using the ANA@desk system. You also need to specify a travel agency or a credit card company beforehand as a settlement intermediary. Please contact your selected settlement intermediary at the time of enrollment. * Screening, including the credit limit, is required prior to concluding a contract agreement.
