Our Journey CHPL - CHL Formed on 10 th July, 1996, Concept Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (CHPL) was converted to a deemed public limited company on 16 th February, 1998 and renamed Concept Hospitality Ltd. (CHL). CHL was promoted by Mr. Param K. Kannampilly (FHCIMA), an internationally renowned hotelier and Mr. Vithal V. Kamat, scion of a large South Indian restaurant chain. Mr. Kamat along with company director Mr. Ramesh Shanbag, subsequently sold their stakes in CHL to Kamat Hotels India Ltd (KHIL). CHL CHPL The company reverted back to CHPL on 14 th March, 2009 with the purchase of KHIL s stake by Mr. Kannampilly, giving majority control. In April 2009, CHPL accepted Obelia Hotels Pvt. Ltd. as a stakeholder. 3

Our Growth CHPL is one of the most accomplished hotel management companies in India. Starting afresh in 2009 with 9 hotels, the company now manages 23 hotels, resorts and apartment projects across India. Since its inception in 1996, CHPL has completed over 40 hospitality projects. Our Awards CHPL has received over 40 awards from Indian and international associations for our efficient and environmentally responsible hotel operations. Our Future CHPL has a healthy pipeline of 17 projects that ensure our rapid pace of growth. 4

Sarosh Khatib Sr. VP - Sales & Marketing His career spans over 22 years at senior positions with leading hospitality brands. He has been the Director of Sales, Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai and also launched the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai as Director of Marketing. 12
