ELSA ENAC Light Simulator for ATC Training Design & Maintain a data base (maps, ways points, runways Restricted areas, aicraft performance, ) Design & Maintain exercises (differents levels for pedagogical progression, number of aircraft, various aircraft types, airspace restriction, wind, ) Generate exercizes according to need (standalone exercises for illustration or part-task training, exercises to be run by the ELSA simulation server )
ELSA ENAC Light Simulator for ATC Training Labyrinth games Conflict resolution ILS / LLZ interception Pre-sequencing / Sequencing Airspace restriction (military area) Compliance with a minimum safe radar altitude Part-Task training contributes to improve vectoring skills before global simulation (optimize simulation time) During the exercise, the trainee may Change the wind settings Give clearances to aircraft Use the standard functionalities of a generic stripless HMI Pause / Resume Accelerate Rewind to any previous situation to play it again differently ELSA controls the clearances according to aircraft performances, calculates key performance indicators and provides a feedback corresponding to the objectives of the exercise.
ELSA ENAC Light Simulator for ATC Training ELSA simulation server enables you to run exercises in an ATC simulation configuration, simply using computers connected to a local network or via the internet. ELSA simulation server is stored on a USB key and run from one of the computers. A supervision allows to create different runs and, for each run, to allocate different roles: students, pilots and instructors. The other computers need only a web browser to log in and to be connected to their run. Demo 1 > Demo 2 >
