In addition to our boardroom our event team can help create exceptional experiences by matching your needs with the perfect event space in the area. We have over a dozen unique and premier venue partners, the best that has to offer, who will ensure your guests enjoy a memorable corporate or social experience. We can help with all the details from identifying the best location, securing audio/ visual equipment, food and beverage selection, destination activities, and more.

If you re looking to host a more formal dinner, we re equipped to accommodate a buffet or plated dinner for up to 100 in our Ballroom 353. Included in the rental fee are white linens, votive candles, and A/V capabilities. Your guests will truly appreciate staying and dining in one location at Hotel Zero Degrees. Located in our award-winning restaurant, Mediterraneo of, we can accommodate a special luncheon event, either plated or buffet-style. We specialize in bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties and more, whatever the party, we re here to exceed your expectations. Mediterraneo of offers picturesque waterfall views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The ideal setting for any special occasion. Our Celcius Lounge area is perfect for an intimate or large cocktail party. Complete with lounge furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplace, and music, all overlooking the river. Corporate At Hotel Zero Degrees we specialize in corporate functions for up to 1 people theater-style in our Ballroom 353. Included are A/V capabilities, Wi-Fi, flipcharts, podium and microphone, everything you need to make your meeting a success. All of our private spaces have natural lighting, the optimal setting to conduct a meeting. Our space is unique, we can create one general session room in our 1,875 square-foot ballroom and transform the space into two breakout rooms using our soundproof air walls. We can accommodate events up to 2 people reception-style in our award-winning restaurant, Mediterraneo of, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and waterfall views. Our entire catering staff is here to exceed your expectations. Corporate With over 3,0 square feet of meeting and event space our newest property, Hotel Zero Degrees, is the premier venue destination in the area. Our 2,600 square feet A/V equipped Linden Ballroom can accommodate up to 225 guests in a theater seating and is divisible into three sections for smaller meetings or breakout sessions with sound proof air walls. Included in the rental fee are Wi-Fi, pads, pens and bottled water. A/V capabilities are also available upon request. Our Maple Room can host a variety of events up to guests with access to a private patio. Our stunning restaurant, Terra of, is available for private dining or to host post event cocktails or dinner. All day meeting packages are available for all of your food and beverage needs. Social Hotel Zero Degrees offers full service packages for all of your social event needs. Host your rehearsal reception on our seasonal open air SKYTOP 353 which can accommodate both more intimate or larger size parties. Social Plan your next special event at Hotel Zero Degrees. Our Linden Ballroom can accommodate 20-1 guest with floor to ceiling windows it is the perfect location for any social event from showers and rehearsal dinners to weddings and anniversaries. Included in the rental fee are linens, votive candles. The Maple Room, off of our Willow Lounge, is a unique venue for more intimate events with access to the outdoor patio. The Lawn, offers a natural outdoor setting for any occasion including wedding ceremonies and receptions to cocktails on the patio featuring an outdoor fireplace and fire pit. Destination restaurant, Terra of, is available for private dining and accommodates 135 including outdoor seating, bar and grill.
