2 HOW TO GET TO OUR OFFICE: VIA TOMMASO DAL MOLIN 5a 25015 Desenzano del Garda Office Happy Services DIRECTION FROM MILANO MALPENSA AIRPORT: Exit the airport and follow signs to MILANO. After 10km, follow the green signs for MILANO. Continue in the direction of Venice. You will pass the exit signs of Bergamo e Brescia. After Brescia take the exit to Desenzano del Garda (ca 32 km). ARRIVING FROM MILANO LINATE AIRPORT: Exit the airport and follow the road towards MILANO. After approx. 1500m, you will see two bridges (these are the motorway overhead). Following the signs closely, take the motorway to VENEZIA. You will pass the exit sign of Brescia. After Brescia take the exit to Desenzano del Garda (ca. 32 KM). DIRECTIONS FROM BERGAMO AIRPORT After leaving the airport follow in the direction of Venice. You will pass the exit sign of Brescia. After Brescia take the exit to Desenzano del Garda (ca. 32 km). DIRECTIONS FROM VERONA AIRPORT Exit the airport and follow signs Autostrada A4 Highway. Follow the green sign Autostrada A4/E70 and enter the highway Direction Milano after approx 3,5 km from the airport. Follow the highway for approx. 32 Km till the sign Exit Desenzano del Garda
3 Directly after the gate, at the roundabout follow sign Desenzano (2nd exit at the roundabout) After less than 1 km. keep left always following signs Desenzano At the roundabout take the 2nd exit direction Desenzano-Lonato Continue straight 500 mts. on Via Marconi At the roundabout take the 1st exit Direction Centro Stazione Rivoltella
4 After 150 mts. at the roundabout continue straight (take the 2nd exit) direction Sirmione Continue on Via Marconi After the roundabout on to the next roundabout ca 400 mtr. Continue on Via Marconi After the roundabout on to the next roundabout ca 400 mtr. Take the 3rd exit into Viale Tommaso dal Molin Continue on Viale Tommaso dal Molin. After 150 mtr you will find our office on the right.

6 At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto via Marconi At the roundabout go straight onto Via Tommaso Dal Molin. Continue along Viale Motta over the roundabout.
7 At the next roundabout, proceed into Viale F. Agello. At the roundabout take the 1 st exit for Via Colli Storici Turn right here into the parking place of Via Colli Istorici 18, Desenzano del Garda
8 You have arrived at the apartment. Open the gate or door with the plastic pass/badge. After entering the gate/door there is a path into the residence on your left. Follow that path up into the residence please.
9 Follow the path up to the curve After you have taken the curve follow the path indicated with the arrow. Please take the stairs at the end of the arrow. Take the stairs to the second floor.
10 Coming up the stairs you will find the apartment a little bit to the left. Welcome to apartment 86 ENJOY YOUR STAY!!!
11 CHECK-OUT CHECK LIST Dear Guests, On behalf of everyone at Happy Holiday Homes and Happy.Services, we would like to thank you for staying with one of our holiday properties. Before your departure, we kindly ask our guests to do a short check-list for the property to have everything in order before your departure. CHECK OUT TIME: before 10.00 H (Corresponding fees will be applied if you would check out after 10.00h) HELP CONSERVE MOTHER EARTH!!! BE ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY. Please do the ff: Put all rubbish/garbage in the corresponding bins area. Please do not leave any rubbish inside the property especially any items that will be spoiled. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if this will not be done. Please turn OFF all the electrical appliance except the fridge. Check all the cooker hob, and oven etc. if it is all turned OFF. Turn OFF the central heating. Please check the USER MANUAL on how to do it. (applies only in the cold season) Close all the windows and doors and its shutters. Guest may be liable if the windows/shutters will be damage by strong winds because it was not properly closed. Take off all the bed linens and towels and arrange them in one area in the bathroom. Please arrange in one area all unused towels. Check all your personal belongings if you have packed everything in your luggage. Please wash up all the used kitchen utensils either through the dishwasher or manually. All of the apartment's property should be returned inside the property. (I.e. If you have taken out some sun-loungers, tables, etc in the common area). KEYS. Please remember to leave all the keys where you have retrieved them from. Make sure that you properly close the keybox by pulling up the black cover. Thank you very much and we look forward to welcome you again in Lake Garda.
