ADDITIONAL PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS EFFECTIVE 17 TH AUGUST 2016 REVISIONS TO MILEAGE ACCRUAL STRUCTURE: The Revised Mileage Accrual structure will be basis the Distance, Network and Fare Choices made The Revised Mileage Accrual structure is applicable for all travel effective 17 th Aug 16, irrespective of the date of booking and irrespective of the indicative number of JPMiles displayed on your e-ticket/ online booking page/any other communication The Revised Mileage Accrual structure is applicable for travel on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights, Jet Airways marketed flights operated under S2 code and Jet Airways codeshare flights operated by Partner Airlines Jet Airways flights operating within & between India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh & Bhutan (i.e. Indian subcontinent) will be eligible to earn JPMiles as per the Revised Indian Subcontinent structure. Example: One-way Travel between Mumbai Colombo booked in Classic Fare Choices in Economy will earn a member 711 JPMiles (75% Base Accrual on TPM) Jet Airways flights operating operations between the Indian Subcontinent and other International destinations and flights operating within other International destinations will be eligible to earn JPMiles as per the Revised International structure. For travel on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights and Jet Airways flights operated under S2 code, wherein the distance flown is less than or equal to 500 miles the revised accrual structure will continue to be applied on a flat value of 500 Miles. Example: One-way travel between Mumbai Goa in Deal Fare Choices in Economy will accrue 125 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 25% applied on minimum 500 Miles), while Flex Fare Choices in Premiere will accrue 875 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 100% applied on minimum 500 Miles + Cabin Bonus JPMiles structure of 75% applied on base JPMiles) For travel on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights wherein the distance flown is 501 miles & above, the revised accrual structure will continue to be applied on the actual Ticketed Point Mileage (TPM). Example: One-way travel between Delhi London in Deal Fare Choices in Economy will accrue 1042 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 25% applied on TPM of 4169), while Flex Fare Choices in Premiere will accrue 10423 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 100% applied on TPM of 4169 + Cabin Bonus JPMiles structure of 150% applied on base JPMiles) For travel on Jet Airways codeshare flights operated by Partner Airlines, the revised accrual structure will continue to be applied on the actual Ticketed Point Mileage (TPM), irrespective of the distance flown. Example: One-way travel between Amsterdam Paris on Jet Airways codeshare operated by KLM flight in Saver Fare Choices in Economy will accrue 185 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 75% applied on TPM of 247), while Flex Fare Choices in Premiere will accrue 618 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 100% applied on TPM of 247 + Cabin Bonus JPMiles structure of 150% applied on base JPMiles)

The revised Cabin Bonus JPMiles structure will be awarded based on the Fare Choices selected and will continue to be applied on Base JPMiles earned. JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold & Silver members will continue to earn Tier Bonus JPMiles. The revised Bonus JPMiles structure will be for travel effective 17 th Aug 16 and will continue to be applied on Base JPMiles earned. Example: Platinum member travelling one-way between Mumbai Singapore in Deal Fare Choices in Economy will accrue 1066 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 25% applied on TPM of 2437 + Tier Bonus JPMiles of 75% applied on Base JPMiles), while Flex Fare Choices in Premiere will accrue 7920 JPMiles (i.e. Base JPMiles structure of 100% applied on TPM of 2437 + Cabin Bonus JPMiles structure of 150% applied on base JPMiles + Tier Bonus JPMiles of 75% applied on Base JPMiles) The above Revised Mileage Accrual structure covers all the Fare Choices and classes eligible to earn JPMiles. Any classes apart from the above mentioned are not ineligible to earn JPMiles (e.g.: Travel in Class G on Jet Airways flights will no longer be eligible to accrue Base JPMiles, Cabin Bonus JPMiles or Tier Bonus JPMiles) JPMiles will continue to be earned per segment travelled. All eligible accruals and retro claims for travel prior to 17 th Aug 16 will be honored as per the existing structure. REVISIONS TO TIER POINTS & TIER MILES: The Revised Tier Point structure will be basis the Network, Cabin and Fare Choices made. The Revised Tier Miles structure will be basis the Network, Cabin and Fare Choices made The revised Tier Point & Tier Miles structure is applicable for all travel effective 17 th Aug 16, irrespective of the date of booking and irrespective of the number of Tier Points / Tier Miles published on the Jet Airways/ JetPrivilege website and on any other Programme communication The revised Tier Point & Tier Miles structure is applicable for travel on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights, Jet Airways marketed flights operated under S2 code and Jet Airways codeshare flights operated by Partner Airlines. Travel on flights operated & marketed by Etihad Airways Partner carriers will continue earning a flat value of 1 Tier Point across all Cabins, limited to eligible class of travel. Tier Miles earning on individual Etihad Airways Partner carriers will continue to be as per the Partner Mileage accrual structure applicable. Travel on flights marketed & operated by Other Airline Partners will continue to be ineligible for earning Tier Points & Tier Miles Jet Airways flights operating within & between India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh & Bhutan (i.e. Indian subcontinent) will be eligible to earn JPMiles as per the Revised Indian Subcontinent structure. Example: One-way Travel between Mumbai Colombo booked in Classic Fare Choices in Premiere will earn a member 4 Tier Points and 1422 Tier Miles (100% Base Accrual on TPM + 50% Cabin Bonus on Base Accrual)

Jet Airways flights operating between the Indian Subcontinent and other International destinations and flights operating within other International destinations will be eligible to earn Tier Points and Tier Miles as per the Revised International structure. The above structure covers all the Fare Choices and classes eligible to earn Tier Points & Tier Miles. Any classes apart from the above mentioned are not eligible to earn Tier Miles or Tier Points (e.g.: Travel on Class G on Jet Airways flights will not be eligible to accrue Tier Points or Tier Miles) Tier Points & Tier Miles will continue to be earned per segment travelled. All eligible accruals and retro claims for travel prior to 17 th Aug 16 will be honored as per the existing structure. REVISIONS TO CABIN UPGRADE ELIGIBILTY & REQUIREMENTS: The Revised eligibility structure and the mileage requirement for a one-cabin upgrade using JPMiles will only be basis the Fare Choices booked and is common for all members irrespective of their Tier. Example: Any member, irrespective of his/her tier, booked in the Deal Fare Choices in Economy is ineligible for a one-cabin upgrade. Example: The number of JPMiles required for a one-cabin upgrade on Jet Airways flights between Mumbai Delhi from the Classic Fare Choices in Economy is 8,800 JPMiles for all members, irrespective of his/her tier Revised eligibility structure for a one-cabin upgrade using upgrade vouchers will be basis the Tier of the member travelling and Fare Choices booked. Please note; Eligibility will now be determined based on the tier on the member travelling and not the tier of the member redeeming the voucher. The tier of the member at the time of processing the upgrade request confirmation will apply. Example: Blue member travelling in the Saver Fare Choices in Economy using a Platinum member s upgrade vouchers will not be eligible for the cabin upgrade. However, Platinum member travelling in the Saver Fare Choices in Economy using silver member s upgrade voucher will be eligible for the cabin upgrade The revised Cabin Upgrades eligibility structure and the mileage requirement is applicable for all cabin upgrade requests confirmed on or after 17 th Aug 16 Cabin upgrade requests confirmed prior to 17 th Aug 16, irrespective of the travel date, will follow the current eligibility criteria and the current mileage requirement structure In case to confirmed Cabin upgrade requests being modified on or after 17 th Aug 16, the revised Cabin Upgrades eligibility structure and the mileage requirement will apply The revised Cabin upgrade structure is applicable for travel on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights and on Jet Airways marketed flights operated under S2 code. The revised Cabin upgrade structure is not applicable on Airline Partners, Jet Airways codeshare flights and on documents issued by other airlines The Revised eligibility structure for a one-cabin upgrade using JPMiles and vouchers is standard across the Indian sub-continent network and the International network.

The Revised Mileage requirement for a one-cabin upgrade using JPMiles on Jet Airways flights operating within & between India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh & Bhutan (i.e. Indian sub-continent) will be as per the Indian-subcontinent structure. Example: Upgrade from Economy Saver to Premiere cabin for a One-way Travel between Mumbai Colombo will require 14000 JPMiles. Similarly, Jet Airways flights operating between the Indian Subcontinent and other International destinations and flights operating within other International destinations will be follow the Revised Mileage requirement for a one-cabin upgrade as per the International structure Members can enjoy a one-cabin upgrade only if the original booking is made in the Eligible Fare Choices. Any classes apart from the above mentioned are not eligible The revised cabin upgrade structure (eligibility and mileage requirement) is applicable on the effective dates irrespective of the cabin upgrade eligibility criteria and the mileage requirement published on the Jet Airways/ JetPrivilege website and on any other Programme communication CARRIER CHARGES ON JET AWARDS: Carrier charges is a nominal charge introduced on Jet Award tickets and are based on the Network, Distance (Ticketed Point Mileage) and the Cabin booked. Carrier charges are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and, based on your country of booking, the Carrier Charges will be applied in your local currency as per the prevailing exchange rate. Carrier charges will be applicable for all Jet Award bookings confirmed on or after 17 th Aug 16 Carrier charges will not be applicable for all Jet Award bookings confirmed prior to 17 th Aug 16, irrespective of the date of travel Carrier charges will be applicable for all Redemption bookings on Jet Airways flights across Economy, Premiere and First Class cabins. Carrier charges applicable for Jet Airways flights operating within & between India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh & Bhutan (i.e. Indian sub-continent) will be as per the Revised Indian-subcontinent structure. Example: An Award ticket in Economy for a One-way Travel between Mumbai Colombo on Jet Airways will require 12000 JPMiles + INR 300 Carrier Charges + other statutory taxes, fees, surcharges as applicable from time to time. Similarly, for Jet Airways flights operating between the Indian Subcontinent and other International destinations and for flights operating within other International destinations, the Revised International structure for Carrier charges will apply Carrier charges will be applied on a per segment per passenger basis and will be payable by members in addition to all statutory taxes, charges, fees and levies currently applicable. In case of journeys involving multiple sectors / stop-overs, the total carrier charge value to be levied will be the sum total of the values per sector, corresponding to the distance bands of each segment The Mileage Requirement for Award tickets on Jet Airways flights remains unchanged. REVISIONS TO THE ONLINE BOOKING BONUS ON JET AIRWAYS: The Revised Online Booking Bonus JPMiles for eligible bookings will be 250 JPMiles, effective for travel on or after 17th Aug 16. Eligible bookings are all revenue tickets booked on Jetairways.com, Jet Airways mobile application & IVR channel for travel on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights, Jet Airways flights operated under the S2 code and on Jet Airways Codeshare flights operated by Airline Partners within the Indian subcontinent network and the international network This revision will be effective travel on or after 17th Aug 16, irrespective of the date of booking and irrespective of the indicative number of JPMiles displayed on Jet Airways / JetPrivilege website and on any other Programme communication All eligible accruals and retro claims for travel prior to 17 th Aug 16 will be honored as per the existing structure REVISIONS TO THE ANYTIME CHANGE FEE WAIVER ON JET AIRWAYS: The Revised eligibility structure for waiver of Anytime change fees on Revenue bookings is based upon the Tier of the member and the Fare Choices selected. Please note: The eligibility for this waiver is dependent upon the Tier of the member travelling on the booking to be changed. This waiver is available for only up to 1 change per booking and all subsequent changes will be as per the Fare rules associated with the respective Fare Choices The Revised eligibility structure for waiver of Anytime change fees will be effective for any changes processed on or after 17th Aug'16, irrespective of the date of booking and irrespective of any counter information displayed on Jet Airways/ JetPrivilege website/ any other communication The applicable Jet Airways flights are determined by Jet Airways as per the current rules in effect. Bookings made by any JetPrivilege member in the Deal Fare Choices in Economy are not eligible for waivers on the Anytime change fees. Anytime change fees will be payable as per the associated Fare rules. REVISIONS TO THE FULLY REFUNDABLE TICKET BENEFIT ON JET AIRWAYS: The Revised eligibility structure for a Fully Refundable ticket is based upon the Tier of the member and the Fare Choices selected. Please note: The eligibility for this waiver is dependent upon the Tier of the member travelling on the booking to be changed. The Revised Fully Refundable Ticket Benefit structure will be effective for any cancellations processed on or after 17th Aug'16, irrespective of the date of booking and irrespective of any counter information displayed on Jet Airways/ JetPrivilege website/ any other communication The applicable Jet Airways flights are determined by Jet Airways as per the current rules in effect.

Bookings made by any JetPrivilege member in Deal Fare Choices in Economy are non-refundable. In case of a cancellation required in any other Fare Choices, members who are ineligible for the Fully refundable ticket benefit will have to bear a Cancellation Fee as per the applicable Fare rules for the eligible Fare Choices. REVISIONS TO THE WAIVERS ON SEAT SELECT CHARGES FOR JETPRIVILEGE MEMBERS: Eligible JetPrivilege members can choose their preferred Economy seat as a Complimentary benefit under the Seat Select feature. Eligible JetPrivilege members are basis the Tier of the member travelling and the Fare Choices booked. The Revised Eligibility structure for Waivers on Seat Select charges will be effective for any requests processed on or after 17th Aug'16, irrespective of the date of booking and irrespective of any counter information displayed on Jet Airways/ JetPrivilege website/ any other communication The applicable Jet Airways flights and the Preferred seat options under the Seat Select service are determined by Jet Airways as per the current rules in effect. REVISIONS TO THE EXCESS CHECK-IN BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE FOR JETPRIVILEGE MEMBERS: The Revised Eligibility and the Allowance permitted under the Complimentary excess check-in baggage benefit is basis the Tier of the member travelling and the Fare Choice booked. Effective 17 th Aug 16, eligible members travelling on Jet Airways flights operating within & between India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh & Bhutan (i.e. Indian sub-continent) will enjoy complimentary excess check-in baggage benefit as per the Revised Indian-subcontinent structure published. Similarly, for Jet Airways flights operating between the Indian Subcontinent and other International destinations and for flights operating within other International destinations, the Revised International structure for complimentary excess check-in baggage will apply (i.e. as per baggage weight or as per number of baggage pieces) Effective 17 th Aug 16, any member booked to travel in the Deal Fare Choices in Economy will not be eligible for the complimentary excess check-in baggage benefit irrespective of the member s tier This benefit is applicable only on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights, Jet Airways marketed S2 operated flights and Jet Airways marketed EAP operated flights. JetPrivilege Silver tier members and members holding eligible JetPrivilege co-brand cards will continue to not have any complimentary excess baggage allowance on ATR flights The revised complimentary excess check-in baggage eligibility and allowances are applicable for all travel effective 17 th Aug 16, irrespective of the date of booking and irrespective of the indicative complimentary allowances displayed on Jet Airways/ JetPrivilege website/ any other communication

REVISIONS TO THE COMPLIMENTARY LOUNGE ACCESS POLICY FOR JETPRIVILEGE MEMBERS: The Revised Eligibility for the Complimentary Lounge Access benefit is basis the Tier of the member travelling and the Fare Choice booked. Effective 17 th Aug 16, eligible members travelling on Jet Airways flights operating within & between India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh & Bhutan (i.e. Indian sub-continent) will enjoy complimentary lounge access benefit as per the Revised Indian-subcontinent structure published. Similarly, for Jet Airways flights operating between the Revised Indian Subcontinent and other International destinations and for flights operating within other International destinations, the Revised International structure for complimentary lounge access will apply Effective 17 th Aug 16, any member booked to travel on the Deal Fare Choices in Economy within the Indian sub-continent will not enjoy the Complimentary Lounge Access benefit, irrespective of the member s Tier Silver Tier members will enjoy Complimentary Lounge Access benefit for Self only in Abu Dhabi and only if the member s travel originates or transits through Abu Dhabi. On all other International flights, Complimentary Lounge Access benefit is not available to Silver tier members. This is applicable across all Economy Fare Choices. Complimentary Lounge Access benefit is available to eligible members for self only and cannot be extended to anyone else This benefit is applicable only on Jet Airways marketed & operated flights, Jet Airways marketed S2 operated flights and Jet Airways marketed EAP operated flights.
