Rates University of Minnesota Duluth University departments and collegiate units receive discounted rates when renting space at Glensheen during off-peak hours, Monday through Thursday. Off-Peak Rates Monday - Thursday 4 hours $100 UMD discounted off-peak rates are priced in 4-hour blocks of time for 120 guests or fewer. UMD discounted rates do not apply on holidays and do not include tours of the mansion or estate. Peak Rates Friday - Sunday 1 to 20 guests $1,400 21 to 50 guests $2,200 51 to 120 guests $3,400 121 to 300 guests $7,200 Additional Fees Security $50 / hr Required for groups of 100 or more when alcohol is present. Groups larger than 120 guests are required to rent a tent at renter s expense.

A minimum of 8 guides will be stationed throughout the first floor providing mini-guided experiences in each room of that floor. Self-Guided Tours are only available during nontour hours unless otherwise noted.
