LION AIR B737NG LINE CAPTAIN Rishworth Aviation, on behalf of our client Lion Air, is delighted to announce opportunities for Base Residence Jakarta, Indonesia B737NG Line Captains based in Jakarta, Indonesia Contract Term 5 years renewable (2 years + 2 years + 1 year) Start Date As soon as possible Monthly Payment (USD) & Overtime 10/3 Roster Base Monthly Payment $11,000 Travel Allowance* $1,000 Accommodation Allowance** $750 Ground Transport Allowance*** $350 Total Monthly Fee $13,100 Hours in excess of 90 scheduled hours per month will be payable at 1/90th of the monthly fee per hour thereafter. The monthly fees quoted are net of Indonesian taxes. *Travel Allowance: As indicated above, the Airline will provide a monthly travel allowance of USD1,000 for your travel costs, prorated for any part month.
**Accommodation Allowance: The Airline will provide and pay for single occupancy, un-serviced hotel or apartment style accommodation at base residence for the first 3 weeks on contract, thereafter pay a monthly allowance of USD750. During duty away from base, the Airline will provide International standard hotel accommodation. ***Ground Transportation Allowance: The Airline provides an allowance of USD350 per month to cover ground transport costs at base residence, and will provide ground transport at layover stations when away from the base residence whilst on duty. Completion Bonus USD10,000 given following completion of 60 months as qualified Captain. Minimum Requirements: 250+ hours on type and rank 3,000+ hours total time Maximum age 58 years Flown on type within the last 6 months Simulator check on type within the last six months at the time of joining 3 take offs and landings within the last 90 days (in the aircraft or SIM) Work Pattern 10 weeks on/ 3 weeks off Your first rotation will be 16 weeks on/ 3 weeks off from commencement of the assignment, moving to the roster pattern of 10 weeks on/ 3 weeks off thereafter. This initial pattern is to ensure all training and start requirements are met prior to your first scheduled off duty period. Sick Leave 10 paid sick days per annum shall be granted to the Crew Member, prorated for any part year. Travel Return economy class tickets shall be paid for by Lion Air at commencement and completion of assignment. The ticket provided will be to/from the nearest International airport closest to your home residence. Lion Air shall provide the crew member and their qualifying family members, four X class tickets and one FOC ticket per annum on the Lion Air network (excluding Jeddah). This is a regulatory requirement of the Indonesian DGCA, and is managed by Lion Air. All foreign licences and medicals must be kept current for the duration of the Lion Air contract on the pilots own time and cost. Once you pass the check-ride, your license will be validated through the Indonesian DGCA, upon which you will then proceed to the Line Indoctrination.
