King Portland Centre (620 King Street West) Allied Properties, Hariri Pontarini Architects, and RioCan have combined to propose a new mixed-use retail, office, and residential development for 620 King Street West, known as King Portland Centre. The frontage across King Street will be constructed for use of a distinctive restaurant, with an outdoor covered patio. The development will feature a 12-storey office building, a 14-floor rental apartment tower, along with a network of pedestrian laneways.
