Welcome to the ERP Global Design Review, Workshop3 MicroTek Training Facility Workshop information and locations are detailed below. Workshop Information Event Basic Agenda for workshops (held Monday through Friday): 7:30am to 3:00pm Registration Desk open at MicroTek 8:30am to 5:00pm Your selected session with breaks and lunch times as assigned 5:00pm to 6:00pm Optional review for parking lot queries (Friday sessions end at 4:00 pm). Workshops are in session, and Registration Desk is open, Monday to Friday only. There are no workshops or Registration Desk services on weekends. Please see the attached workshop schedule for a list of scheduled sessions. Sessions will be held at both MicroTek and the Radisson Hotel. A listing of session locations will be provided onsite, in your Welcome Packet. Event Registration/Welcome Packets: The Cobham Registration Desk will be located at the MicroTek Training Facility. The Registration Desk will be available Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:00 pm. Delegates should visit the Registration Desk on their first day to sign in and pick up their workshop badge and Welcome Packet. In addition, an Information Desk will also be available in the lobby of the Radisson Hotel to assist delegates with locating their workshop rooms and to assist with shuttle services. The Information Desk will be available Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:00 pm. Paul Kemp Sessions: Paul Kemp will be hosting several Welcome sessions and invites you to join him for one of the following sessions: Monday, Sept. 10: 8:30 am to 9:00 am in the South Ballroom Monday, Sept. 10: 9:30 am to 10:00 am in MicroTek (IT Session) Thursday, Sept. 13: 8:00 am to 8:30 am in the South Ballroom Monday, Sept. 17: 8:30 am to 9:00 am in General Session Room 1 Parking: Complimentary parking is available at both the MicroTek Training Facility and the Radisson Hotel. Delegates not staying at the Radisson Hotel should park at the MicroTek Training Facility each day. Delegates staying overnight at the Radisson Hotel should take the group shuttle provided by Cobham. MicroTek and the Radisson Hotel are connected via a walkway so you can easily walk between both venues. Internet Complimentary wireless high-speed internet is available at the MicroTek Training Facility and is also included in all hotel bedrooms at the Radisson Hotel. Toilets/Washrooms: Toilets and washroom facilities are located outside of each meeting area. Please refer to the hotel map (available on arrival), or ask a hotel or MicroTek staff member for specific washroom locations. Page 2 of 5

Smoking All workshop venues are non-smoking. Smoking in any indoor areas of the Radisson Hotel or MicroTek, including guest rooms, break areas or washrooms, is prohibited and violators are subject to fines. Smoking is allowed outside of the buildings in designated smoking areas. Weather The average daily temperature in Philadelphia is a high of 80F/26C day time and 52F/11C evening. However, Philadelphia weather can be unpredictable. To obtain a more detailed weather forecast for your scheduled dates please visit: http://weather.weatherbug.com/pa/philadelphia-weather.html Overnight Hotel Guests Cobham Group Room rate: The room rate of $152.32 per night will be billed directly to Cobham. This rate includes a standard room and tax, internet connection, group dinner and hot breakfast in the morning. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the delegate. A valid credit card will be required at check-in. Airport: The closest airport is the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The hotel is approximately 28 miles away or about a 40-55 minute drive. The contracted shuttle service will only pick up at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Group Shuttle: Group shuttles will be available to take delegates between the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and the Radisson Hotel, Valley Forge. If you requested a group shuttle service during the registration process, a shuttle has been arranged for you. To pick up your shuttle please follow the directions below. For domestic arrivals please proceed directly to the baggage claim area. For international arrivals, after exiting immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area. As you approach the bottom of the escalator in the baggage claim area, look for a King Transportation Service greeter holding a Cobham sign or a sign with your name on it. This greeter will escort you to your shuttle. If you do not see your greeter, please contact King Transportation Service directly: for domestic travellers call (800) 245-5460 and select option #1; for international travellers call 1 (610) 265-3050 and select option #1. Please let the agent know that you are with the Cobham Group and provide them with your name. They will assist you with locating your greeter and your shuttle vehicle. Shuttle times are pre-booked and scheduled based on a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes for all passengers. Greeters will update passengers and advise when shuttle vehicles will be ready to depart the airport. Page 3 of 5

Return shuttles, hotel to airport, will also be provided and will depart from the Radisson Hotel at pre-scheduled times. Information on your specific departure time will be provided when you pick up your badge from the Registration Desk. If you do not receive this information with your badge, please check with the Registration Desk to confirm your return shuttle services. Room Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival please check-in with the hotel front desk. Room costs will be paid for by Cobham. However, delegates will be responsible for all other incidental charges. Identification and a valid credit card will be required. Meal coupons and vouchers, where applicable, will be provided upon check in along with your room key. Please check that you have the correct meal coupons and vouchers. (See Planned Food and Beverage section below.) Please note that check-in time is 3:00 pm (US Eastern time). Should you arrive before 3:00 pm (US Eastern time), the hotel will be happy to store your luggage until your room is available. Planned Food and Beverage Breaks, beverages and lunches will be provided to all delegates attending Cobham workshops. For delegates staying overnight at the Radisson Hotel, hot breakfast and dinner is included in the room rate. Group meals will be provided during the week in assigned locations for all overnight hotel guests. Delegates who have booked to stay overnight at the Radisson on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, below is the relevant voucher information: Delegates staying overnight on any Friday, (September 7, 14 and 21), will receive a dinner voucher for that evening and a breakfast voucher for Saturday morning. Saturday lunch will be by your own arrangement and delegates may submit reasonable lunch expenses subject to applicable Cobham travel policy. Delegates staying overnight on any Saturday, (September 8 and 15), will receive a dinner voucher for that evening and breakfast coupon for Sunday morning. Delegates staying overnight on any Sunday, (September 9 and 16), will receive a dinner voucher for that evening and should join the group breakfast on Monday. These vouchers/coupons will be provided upon check-in, along with your room key. Please review your documents at check-in to ensure that you receive the appropriate meal coupons and vouchers. Full meal information, including times and locations, will be provided in your Welcome Packet. Meals and snacks not listed above cannot be charged to the ERP Programme. Casino: A casino is available at an adjacent property, however delegates are discouraged from gaming during the workshop. Under no circumstances should delegates accept gaming discounts, incentives or gifts. Offers for these items should be reported to your workshop Meeting Planner immediately. The hotel may offer a key to the gaming floor as part of their standard check-in practice. The decision to accept the key is at your own discretion. A list of hotel contacts can be found in the guest folder located in your room. Dialing instructions for frequently used services are also listed on the telephone in your room. Airport Shuttle Questions or Concerns: Please stop by the Cobham Registration or Information Desk for assistance with your return airport shuttle reservation. If it is after Registration Desk hours, and your scheduled shuttle has not arrived, please call the shuttle dispatcher directly: for domestic travellers call (800) 245-5460 and select option #1; for international travellers call 1 (610) 265-3050 and select option #1.
