We Add Value We are specialists in concession and BOT projects TAV developed, took over the management of and operated airports that had long been managed by state authorities with poor commercial and operational focus and that were severely deprived of capital investments for capacity and passenger experience enhancements. Thus, we have gained a great deal of expertise in change management. We work hand in hand with governments and authorities in all our projects and enjoy a great operational efficiency due to being able to integrate all necessary services to develop a project, within a single managing body. WE DESIGN Our internal design team is experienced on designing the most efficient airport buildings. WE BUILD As an affiliated company of TAV Airports, TAV Construction is the world s largest airport contractor company according to Engineering News Record (ENR). WE OPERATE We have an extensive know-how on integrating the complex airport operations under a common management through our wholly owned subsidiary service companies. WE PROMOTE We carry out effective route development activities to attract new airlines and additional routes and frequencies to the airports we operate. Our airport portfolio is represented in world-wide aviation events. WE ARE COMMITTED We are long term investors with a strong commitment to our assets and customers. 14
