You receive an allocation of set-up and dismantling passes based on the size of your stand additional passes can be ordered from the Shop for Exhibitor Services. New: The exhibitor passes that used to be sent with the service folder have now been replaced by our new Ticket Services for Exhibitors online portal. All exhibitor passes are now personalised when they are generated in the portal. You will be sent the requested exhibitor passes by email, and can print them yourself. Your allocation of free passes is automatically assigned to your stand, and is displayed for you in the portal. Once you have used up your allocation of free passes, you will only pay for those passes actually used to enter the trade fair that exceed this allocation.
