Attached is our proposed plan for meeting the requirements of the above RCW. The plan includes the re-drawn boundaries of each of the 4 director areas and a summary of the number of residents within each director district. Assuming the plan meets with board approval, a public hearing should be set for May 3, 2011 to allow for public input into the new boundaries. Final adoption of the plan is scheduled to occur on May 17. Recommendation: We recommend the board move to hold a Dublic hearinll on Mav 3.2010. a rellularly scheduled board meetinll to obtain Dublic indut on the chanlles to the Stanwood Camano School District director boundaries based on the 2010 federal census data.

Stanwood * * * **k CaDlano School District (Legal Notice) STANWOOD-CAMANO SCHOOL DISTRICf NO. 401 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Directors of the Stanwood-Camano School District No. 401 hereby announces that a hearing will be held on May 3,2011, at 7:00PM, during a regular board meeting for the purpose of soliciting public comment on a proposed change in the configuration of the school director area boundaries. The proposed changes do not affect school attendance boundaries for students. The changes to the current director area boundaries are based on the recently released federal census data and are required by RCW29A.76.01O.
