If a deposit is not received within this time, the space will be released without prior notice. 2. The final payment for all Christmas parties and Hogmanay is to be made by 1st November 2014. Any booking made after this date requires payment in full. 3. All payments are strictly NON- REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. No refunds will be given for lost deposits. Should your numbers reduce, the monies lost cannot be used against your final balance, wine, drinks or other hotel services. 4. 100% cancellation charges apply after full pre-payment is received. 5. On Hogmanay in Megalithic, black tie or highland dress is required. 12. The age restriction for our Christmas party events is 18 years. For our Hogmanay party in Megalithic it is 16 years. 13. Antisocial behaviour is unacceptable, whether towards guests or our team. ACCOMMODATION 1. Special rates are available to stay over for our Christmas parties. Please contact our Christmas co-ordinator to make a reservation. Christmas rates are subject to availability. 2. All rooms must be guaranteed using a valid credit card. Individual bookings can be cancelled up to 4pm on the day of arrival. Any cancellations after this point will be charged. ACCOMMODATION GROUP BOOKINGS 1. For group bookings of 10 or more, separate terms and conditions apply. For group bookings, organisers must ensure that a rooming list is supplied at least two weeks prior to arrival. LA FITNESS 1. LA Fitness opening hours are subject to change over the festive period and are out with our control. 2. It is anticipated that LA Fitness will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year s Day and 2nd January. The club will close early on Christmas Eve and Hogmanay. COLLAGE RESTAURANT BOOKINGS 1. Group bookings for 10 guests or more are liable to a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 10 per person within 14 days of booking. 2. Late arrivals: due to increased levels of business over the festive period, tables will be released 30 minutes after the agreed time and the deposit will be lost. CHRISTMAS DAY 1. A deposit of 15 per person is required when making a booking and full pre-payment is required by 1st December 2014.
