Personal Development Multi Activity Programmes ROCK CLIMB ATTACK MULTI LEVELS Experience a truly magnificent journey scaling a rock face, exploring the rocks and building your confidence as you achieve new heights. A perfect challenge building trust in yourself and your peers has they will hold your very life in their hands. Pure excitement promoting trust, leadership and problem solving. FASTLINE ABSEIL CHALLENGE MULTI LEVELS A brilliant activity designed to make your heart flutter as you edge out over a 100ft river drop, a personal achievement in its own right. But to trust your instructor with your life on a thin rope is truly gripping, but the rewards are outstanding. The positive rush of endorphins will be intense and a natural high buzz is guaranteed. A Perfect place to start your journey, promoting trust, courage, control, and confidence throughout. GORGE SCRAMBLE ASSAULT A fun team challenge exploring the open countryside, forests, rocks and rivers. As an individual you will have to overcome any fears of balancing and climbing across large water filled gaps, over streams and as a team you will need to encourage and support each other to complete the course. Building your team work skills, confidence, trust, self esteem & responsibility. STREAM SCRAMBLE CHALLENGE You will descend down a steep wet rocky waterfall with your instructor and your peers, working as a tight unit to help protect and support each other over rough terrain. This is true team work promoting trust, confidence, support, peer mentoring & co-operation between members. ROCK WEASEL MAZE & BOULDER DASH Under the watchful eye of your instructor you will go under ground and explore a labyrinth of rock maze type features, squeezing over, under and around obstacles. Each client will be given individual tasks to perform at their own ability. You will not get stuck - we promise! It s real fun. It promotes tolerance, restraint, nerve, combined balance & co-ordination skills. ADVENTURE ORIENTEERING CHALLENGE A fun enjoyable experience, using a map, compass and with our guide you will follow a clue sheet with points and attempt to locate and recover the lost markers in our very own competition course. It s brilliant fun and tires you out. This promotes team work skills as our radios develop communication skills between different members it s highly competitive between the teams. Skills involve numeracy, cooperation, motivation, organisation, resolve, competition & problem solving teamwork. WALKING IN WILD PLACES A team challenge travelling over hills, crags and down steep valleys, you ll walk with our guides for safety, helping you explore and search out the treasures of the Peak. Navigation skills, map, compass and survival techniques will be covered including shelters, weather, climate conditions etc. It s detailed and learning focused - it will really get you motivated and bring out your leadership skills. Skills involved are stamina, helping, support, care, exploration, tolerance & navigational numeracy skills. Leadership SNAKES N LADDERS A challenging extreme activity scaling a very long chunky rope to reach a high marker and earn team points whilst swinging and swaying over a massive exposed drop, either blind folded, over water or land. This is an utterly inspiring individual challenge but you will need your team behind you. You can race each other or time trial against the clock. A very rewarding experience involving trust, confidence, peer support, communication, listening, team spirit & lots of excitement. LADDER XTREME - ASSAULT This challenge is fun and hard work, perfect as an intro to heights. Try climbing a massive caving ladder that constantly swings and sways, around, it s exhaustingly steep. Why not try this challenge over water, blindfolded? This is why it s called Ladder Xtreme. Good luck! Skills involved trust, communication, performance, cooperation, coordination, safety & helping.
BUSH CRAFT SURVIVOR We set the scene/scenario then divide the group into teams, then work towards a deadline of darkness. Each team will have to build their shelters, set traps and cook their supplies to complete the challenge. A perfect activity set to develop key skills and learning to work effectively with colleagues in testing environments. Teamwork essential, tolerance, trust, cooperation, organisation, communication & listening skills. ZIP WIRE & SKYLINE As a team you will construct a high ropes Tyrolean traverse zip wire across an exposed open river gorge. To complete the challenge each team member must use the zip wire to safely cross the gorge. A real opportunity to learn new skills and work side by side with staff and your peers. Teamwork needed, cooperation, organisation, tolerance, problem solving & communication. ADVENTURE CAVES - EXPERIENCE An awe inspiring underworld adventure, you will carefully descend down a large cavern travelling 300ft into the Earth s core. Explore the underground stream ways, giant rock formations and see amazing subterranean world s that most people dare not venture. A must do adventure! Skills are trust, support, encouragement, nerve & resolve. ADVENTURE WALL - EXPERIENCE Indoor climbing, abseiling and bouldering with our very own Adventure Wall Limited Indoor Climbing Wall Company. Our team of experts will teach and develop your skills its fun and can be very challenging if you wish. It promotes physical performance, confidence, trust, support and problem solving. ALIEN VS PREDATOR - TRACKING Team competitions were the clients are the aliens and our staff become the predators. It s simple, we hunt you, we find you, we steel your orienteering marker points that you have just achieved. You will need to use stealth tactics to evade us as we will give you 15 minutes running man then we re off hot on your heels. This is totally satisfying and brilliant fun, skills are competition, communication, problem solving, tolerance and listening. Escape the city ADVENTURE GAMES We have developed several new adventure games, our most famous being Alien Vs Predator tracking. It allows many new levels and competitive elements of the activity game. Alien Vs Predator Challenges: n Stealth n Mirage n Oasis n Evade n Oracle n Fortress n Escape n Evolve Our new adventure games are top secret, you ll have to book to try them out! MOON LIGHTING - EXERCISE Select your adventure mix of activities or games then meet our teams at dusk, we will guide, mentor and keep you safe throughout the night. This is a perfect expedition training exercise for a final event with us. We provide torchlight, safety marshals, guides, first aid and all other necessary components to assist you. All skill components will be covered from the above list. BIG AIR SWINGS A scary challenge not for the faint hearted! You re standing on the edge of a breathtaking exposed drop, 100ft above a wild fast moving river. You kick off, then drop to swing down 30ft under an arch way towards the rumbling water, only the very thin but secure rope you re attached to saves you from a soaking. This is by far the buzz activity of our programme, more a test of nerve than skill. It promotes trust, responsibility, nerve & confidence. FOREST XTREME - LOW ROPES As small divided teams you will help construct and evolve a series of ground level mini assault courses. Then as the activity tasks take form all the individual courses will be connected into one main obstacle challenge. Where individuals will take part in a blindfold experience travelling around the adventure course in a time trial race. This is a mini challenge activity only. You thought it was easy didn t you? Skills are team work, listening, communication. WILD CAMP & BIVI CHALLENGE A small effective team who have worked together previously and show co-operation and teamwork will be placed in a woodland environment at dusk. Their task is to survive the night and its weather by building a shelter, creating fire and cooking their survival rations. A tough challenge in an exposed remote wilderness but our guides will be on-site throughout to assist, guide and recover if all fails. Skills: organisation, problem solving & communication ADVENTURE SIMULATION We have learned from experience that if you develop a theme or live scenario and incorporate our activities into this theme, the clients respond even greater with more effort, will power and resolve.
