CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS The main challenges facing CAPP in developing infrastructure projects and electricity market to satisfy all demands of energy in central Africa countries are as follow: Implementation of institutional support projects; Implementation of studies and electric infrastructures projects; reinforcement of regional and international cooperation; Regional and African periodic programmes with other African power pools Decision to make and to guarantee public and private investment; Support institutional reform in the sector Follow action plans implementing methodology: V.I.P. Vision = vision View = diagnostic Influences = strategies Projects = action (periodic action plan, budget and control)
