Contact the Cubmaster prior to the meeting to verify the date, time, and location. Verify audio/visual equipment needed to show a video. Arrive early at the meeting. Set up the audio/visual equipment and make sure the video will play and the sound is audible. Bring copies of flyers, brochures, and leader guides. Introduce yourselves and tell about your camp experience. Tell how much you personally enjoyed camp. Tell them you will show a video, tell about the various camps, and answer questions at the end.
