A dedicated dedicated portal featuring the proceedings, and white papers and reference documents, will be accessible to all the registered delegates within 10 days after the conference. An international conference focusing on RPAS operational matters, current & future applications, regulatory & policy matters, current bottlenecks, technical and performance requirements, system & sub-system developments, aerial work customer requirements, novel operations, experience & lessons learned. The objective is to, within the context of the ICAO RPAS Manual, the Riga Declaration, the European RPAS Roadmap, EASA s Concept of Operations, and the increasing critical role that JARUS will play, broaden the awareness of the RPAS community & its future customers. 2015 RPAS YEARBOOK All conference delegates will receive a copy of the 2015 edition of the RPAS Yearbook - RPAS : The Global Perspective. FOOD & BEVERAGES Each morning & afternoon will have a refreshment break which are included in the conference fee. On days 2 & 3 & 4 lunch (not included in the conference fee) will be served in the Royal Military Academy s cafeteria. Days 1 & 2 & 3 will be concluded by a conference cocktail. The refreshment breaks, lunches & cocktails offer important networking opportunities. White Papers are documents which are not presented by a speaker, but which are made available to the conference attendees, with full credits to the author. Several proposals can be made for both Presentations and White Papers. REQUIRED SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS To submit a proposal for a Presentation, the Presentation Proposal Submission Form, which is available on www.rpas- 2015.org, is to be completed and submitted.
