DAYS 1-3 Finland - 2 nights at Hotel Haven Spend the first day exploring the incredibly creative and contemporary city of Helsinki. Stroll through the design district brimming with 150 unique boutiques, workshops and restaurants the Design Forum is a must! Dine in true Finish style and enjoy the fresh delicacies of Helsinki. DAYS 3-5 Finland - 2 nights at Villa Transfer flight to Kittilä where you will jump aboard the powerful snowmobiles for instant excitement. The snowmobiles will carry you to your individual villas where you will warm up in front of the open log fires. Watch the sky light up in the most magical of colours and enjoy the famous Northern lights from the comfort of the Chalet. After a hearty breakfast in your villa meet the dogs that will be pulling you through the wilderness for the rest of the day. A quick lesson in how to control the dog sleds and the reigns are handed over to you! Spend the entire day exploring the wilderness via the most traditional of methods. Work up an appetite at sunset with a snowshoe search for the Northern Lights.
DAYS 5-6 Finland - 1 night at Glass Igloo The fresh arctic air is the most relaxing atmosphere to wake up to. Enjoy the heritage rich craft of the area with a visit to Mr Raekallio s cabin packed with his famous arctic paintings. Clamber aboard the snowmobiles for an exploration around the Levi resort before whiling away the evening indulging in an exclusively prepared menu atop the Levi Mountain, introduced by a Lappish Sami person. Enjoy a Reindeer ride to a traditional ice fishing lake in sheer wilderness and isolation. A peaceful morning of fishing for some huge fish will be welcomed with hot drinks and lunch on the lake. Adorn the snowshoes for an evening exploration of the Northern Lights. DAYS 6-10 Finland - 4 nights at Ice Hotel and Levi Spa The powerful snowmobiles will carry you up the Ylläs Mountain for a lunch with the most spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding forests and wilderness. With a full stomach, continue the snowmobile safari to the coveted Ice Hotel a hotel made entirely out of ice! Relax the following day in the Levi Spa before another night beneath the Northern Lights. Make the most of the alpine area, thick snow and wilderness with a day skiing on the untouched slopes.
