THE VILLA Offering three bedrooms, Villa Baliana was built in Balinese traditional touch with all western standard comfort featuring private swimming pool and spacious tropical gardens, air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces. Serviced daily by dedicated and friendly staff including an overtime security. All of these comes with a very reasonable price. Master Bedroom The master bedroom features a double bed. It has a built-in wardrobe and is fully air-conditioned & opens onto the back terrace with a beautiful outlook of the garden & swimming pool. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with toilet, hand wash basin and shower. Second Bedroom or Third Bedroom The second as the third bedroom is also air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have a separate doorway leading to a shared en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet and hand wash basin. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has a built-in wardrobe. Bathroom The master bathroom is fitted with toilet, hand wash basin and shower. It has been just completely renovated. The bathroom for the second & third bedrooms includes a shower, toilet and hand wash basin. It has been just completely renovated, too. Living Room The downstairs living area opens onto the back terrace, which runs across the entire end of the house, with views of the garden & swimming pool. The lounge area is L-shaped and comfortably furnished. The indoor dining area is for six people. There is a TV and a CD system. Kitchen The kitchen is positioned off the entrance hallway and is adjacent to the living area. Fixtures include, a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, water filter and ample cupboard storage. A kitchen servers opens onto part of the living area, which serves as the indoor dining area. Second Floor There is another large living area in the second floor with bamboo furniture.

Once you have selected your meals and provided the manager with a Rupiah advance, they will shop locally for supplies each day. To assist the villa staff with their preparation, they will ask for your menu 24 hours in advance. Car Hire We are able to arrange your own private air-conditioned car and driver for up to 8 hours per day at a prebooked rate of US$ 55.00 Net.

LOCATION Villa Baliana is superbly situated in the area named Legian, one of the famous tourist location around Seminyak and Kuta. Only 25 minutes drive from Bali's international airport and close to shops, boutiques, fine dine restaurants, cafes to casuals warungs and only minutes walk to reach the famous Legian beach. About Legian Legian stretches between Jalan Melasti and Jalan Double Six and is what may be described as the cosmopolitan area of Bali. The beauty of Legian is the range of accommodation that is on offer virtually there is something for everyone. The beachfront hotels are really beachfront and most have their pools towards the beach areas or large lawn areas covered by trees overlooking the beach. It is usually not necessary to be a patron of the Hotel to use these facilities - just ask. The restaurants are many and varied and some of Bali's best can be found here. The shopping is more boutique style. It is best to wander the side streets and browse for many items including casual wear and beach fashions, antiques, handicrafts and souvenirs. There are still hawkers here but unlike Kuta, Legian is a much more relaxed atmosphere. The nightclubs and bars in this area come alive on particular nights and it is the best place to go if you want to catch some of the excellent local bands or if you are into 90 s dance music. It is always nice to walk along the wide beach in the late afternoon, wander past the endless soccer games and tourists setting up cameras to catch the magic sunset.
The beach is wide in Legian but it is not pure white. Like most beaches in Bali it has a slight greyish tinge caused by volcanic silica. A walk along Legian beach is one of the most colorful and vibrant beach walks in Bali. A typical day on the beach will include vendors, masseuses, beach boys, high waves and strong currents.
