Rare and protected species can be seen in Kemeri National Nature Park where is home to an 18,2 m high dune and 300 year old pines. A summer stroll along Jomas Street is the best way to get acquainted with the rhythm of the city. The pedestrian walkway that stretches from Majori to Dzintari is full of restaurants and small shops. 1. STAGE INFORMATION 1.1. Dates 19. 22. 09. 2013., Jurmala (Dubulti), Taurenitis Sports Hall. 1.2. Arrival Arrival of the delegations is expected on 19 th of September 2013. 1.3. Departure Departure of the delegations is expected on 22 nd of September 2013 after closing ceremony. 1.4. Transfer We can arrange transfer from airport / buss station / ferry / train station to hotel and on the way back. It will be charged of EUR 100 total. You must to send your arriving and departure time on e-mail: andris.stelmahs@inbox.lv. 1.5. Delegation According to EYBL regulations, the participating team delegation should be of 14 persons (including players, coaches, referee, bus driver etc.). 1.6. Financial conditions Delegations are free to have extra persons. The price for each extra person is EUR 85 (for 3 nights and full board). You must pay for all extra persons before your arriving with bank transfer. According to EYBL regulations, each team should have a referee. If any team will decide to not take the referee, it will be charged of EUR 50 (official fee) in your arriving day in cash. Please inform us as soon as possible how many persons will be in your delegation as well confirm will the referee be in the delegation. Please also let us know are you going to have any extra persons in your delegatio.

Three (3) meals per day will be provided for the teams at SIVA hotel dining-room. 6. LOCATION VIEW HOTEL Sports Hall The distance from SIVA Hotel to Taurenitis Sports Hall is approximately 900 metres or 15 minutes walking.
7. OTHER INFORMATION 7.1. Meeting In arriving day 19 th of September at 22.00 there will be a meeting with all the teams managers and coaches in the conference room at Hotel SIVA on the second floor. All the teams must attend! Over there you will get all the information about Jurmala stage that you need to know! 7.2. Opening and closing ceremony The opening ceremony will be held on 20 th of September at 13:00 in Taurenitis Sports Hall. All teams are required to attend. Closing ceremony will be held on 22 nd of september after the final game. Awards to all of the teams, tournament All Star five, MVP of the tournament, best player in each team, Jurmala city souvenirs and sponsors presents. 7.3.
