PARKING As construction begins, we would like to remind you that safety is of utmost importance. There will be increased traffic and limited parking during construction. PARKING May 11-August 23: The parking lot in front of the Pool will be closed in addition to previously closed areas.

PARKING End of August: We anticipate regaining the parking lot directly in front of Cascades. Other previously closed areas will remain closed through next season.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Will the Pool and Tiki be shut down completely during Phase 1 construction? The Pool and Tiki will be completely unavailable from May 11 until the reopening, approximately one year later. Will the Pool be available next season? No. However, Pool reciprocals have been secured with Broken Sound, St. Andrews and Polo Club. Why is it necessary to close the Pool during the renovation? The safety of our members is our priority. It is necessary to keep the entire area closed as a safety precaution, as it will be an active construction site. The current Tiki restaurant will be demolished and a new restaurant will be built. Additionally, a new structure for the Children s Clubhouse will be built close to the pool area. Will Cascades be shut down completely during Phase 1 construction? Cascades will be shut down completely from April 6 until late August. The workout floor and other areas of Cascades will reopen around September 1, 2015. The Salon and Blendz will remain closed until late October. The sequencing and impact on amenities are subject to change based on unanticipated construction factors.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Will To Go still be available during Phase 1 construction? Yes. A new To Go menu will be created using the Clubhouse menus. Will the TV s on the cardio machines work in the Ballroom? Yes. Cable will be connected to the cardio machine TV s. What dining options will be available to golfers while Sandwedges is closed? The a la carte lunch menu at The Grille will be expanded for Monday-Saturday and the O Bar will offer an a la carte lunch menu on Sundays. The Grille will continue to offer buffet options as well as brunch and family night on Sundays. If services are being moved to locations around the Clubhouse, will there still be space for social events over the summer? Yes. What will be different about the relocated areas? We have strived to keep the relocated amenities as similar in offerings as possible. However, there are some services that may be unavailable. In addition, relocated areas will have space limitations, making advance reservations and appointments is recommended.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS How do I make an appointment for Salon, Spa or Kids Korner? The contact numbers for relocated amenities will remain the same. You may call the Spa at 989-7270, the Salon at 989-7273 and Kids Korner at 995-5258. What do I need to know about using Spa services in the Tennis Boardroom? Check-in will be located at the Tennis Pro Shop Front Desk. You may use the Tennis Locker Rooms prior to and after your service. Waxing, facials and most massages will be available. However, Hot Stone Massage, Couples Massage, Spray Tanning and all body treatments will be unavailable due to space limitations and specific equipment needed. How do I make an in-home massage appointment? You can make an in-home massage appointment the same way you would make a regular massage appointment. Simply call the Spa at 989-7270 and request an in-home appointment with the provider of your choice. On the day of the appointment the provider will arrive at your home approximately 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to set up their massage table (sheets provided by Woodfield). The massage will be billed to your member account as normal. Gift cards will not be accepted for in-home massage services.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Will there be any reduction to the F&B Minimum during these renovations? No. Because dining options will consistently be available at Woodfield, we do not anticipate changing the F&B Minimum. When will interior design concepts be presented to the membership? We will provide interior design details for Phase 1 in the summer and share updates on Phase 2 in a town hall meeting next year. Will the circle be used for staff parking during the renovation? No. The circle will be used for Valet overflow parking and staff will utilize the parking lot located at Golf Course Maintenance. What time will Valet begin operating in the mornings? Two Valet attendants will be available each morning beginning at 7:00 a.m. When will the Hotwire work be completed? We anticipate Hotwire crews to complete their work and move off property by mid-may.

MEMBERSHIP COMMUNICATION Regular communication will be shared with the Membership through each stage of the project. Please look for ongoing LRP Update emails and visit the Long Range Plan tab on the Woodfield website for all the latest information. A town hall meeting will be scheduled for the fall to provide an update on how things are progressing with Phase 1 and offer specifics on Phase 2. Questions may be emailed to LRP@woodfield.org
