JOIN MARIE MANUCHEHRI, internationally known energy medicine healer, on a journey to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Southern Spain. Together, we ll explore your connection to spirit. RELAX & REJUVENATE. We ll be staying at a charming retreat center with fantastic views down the coast and a panoramic vistas of the beautiful mountains surrounding the location. The facility has a beautiful solar powered organic farm where there are olive and fruit trees and extensive vegetable gardens. Sweat it out in the gorgeous wood-fired sauna or immerse yourself in the covered natural spring heated swimming pool. You can also enjoy a treatment with one of the professional therapists to help you relax and make the most of your stay. BE ADVENTUROUS! With such a beautiful location there are various walks. From a gentle stroll to the nearest village (15 minutes on foot) to a full trek-climb of the tallest peak of Mulhacen with a tour guide to help share knowledge and the history of the area. Or soak up the sun on the Coasta Tropical coastline which is only a mere 45 minutes drive away!
RETREAT Hidden Paradise is located in Las Alpujarras -the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Southern Spain. At over 1000 meters above the Mediterranean sea, Hidden Paradise has fantastic views down the coast, often as far as Morocco. It also has panoramic vistas of the beautiful surrounding mountains. The nearest village is only a 15 minute walk away. The beautiful property includes a gorgeous traditional wood-fired sauna, which holds up to 9 people; a stylish covered swimming pool that is fed by natural springs and is heated and covered using a very low chlorine filtering system; and to top it off, the whole property is completely off the grid!
ACCOMMODATION Accommodation includes quaint bedrooms both shared and single occupancy. There are stone buildings, a cob house, a man-made cave, and a wooden house. There is Wifi connection in the communal spaces and each dwelling has a full bathroom. Please note that there are limited single rooms available and there will be a small price increase for those rooms; they will be reserved on first come, first serve bases.
MEALS Meals will be prepared by Hidden Paradise s experienced chefs who take pride in creating delicious and healthy meals using home-grown, organic and locally-sourced ingredients to prepare nutritious raw, vegan and vegetarian dishes. They are happy to accommodate the needs of guests with allergies to particular foods. Please let us know any food allergies upon registration. All meals are served with love! You will receive three healthy meals every day. In the main farmhouse there is a large dinning area able to seat up to 28 people, with stunning views down of the Mediterranean Sea.
WORKSHOP WORKSHOP will take place in this beautifully crafted wooden yurt that provides over 1000 square feet of open space and boasts incredible views to inspire and amaze you.
