UND Ramp Area In 2008, the FAA determined that the ramp area surrounding the UND Flight Operations buildings were private In working with the then airport manager, Patrick Dame, State Aeronautics Director Kyle Wanner, and myself we successfully lobbied the ND Legislature to fund the ramp replacement Summer 2016 we have constructed ½ of Bravo, Charlie, and a southern helicopter expansion. The Airport has now included Taxiway Uniform on their CIP for next year (PCI 40) 6
