Then, check out authentic prop replicas and collectibles from well-loved movies like The Lord of the Rings, Avatar and The Hobbit at The Weta Cave. Watch a video of the exclusive behind-the-scenes interview with the workshop s cofounders such as Richard Taylor, Peter Jackson and Tania Rodger. Next, soak up some New Zealand culture at Te Papa, New Zealand s national museum. Renowned for its bicultural partnerships between the indigenous and non-indigenous people, the museum s collections focus on diversity and multidisciplinary collaboration. Thereafter, head to Zealandia, a groundbreaking and communitydriven ecological restoration project.
