esupersavereconomy Scheme Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions of the esupersaver EconomyScheme which explain the nature and scope of the relationship are detailed hereunder. The terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. The terms and conditions as given on the website www.airindia.in shall be applicable. General esupersavereconomy Scheme is a promotional scheme for passengers in Economy Class. Valid for single user only for travel in Economy Class on select Air India domestic sectors in India through website www.airindia.in only. Scheme is being offered in two variants: o For travel on sectors up to 750 kms distance For travel on All domestic sectors (irrespective of distance) (Each variant offers three booklets of four, eight and twelve coupons). Participation in the scheme by an individual (hereinafter called User ) is subject to these terms and conditions on the website www.airindia.in, which Air India may change from time to time without notice and shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the User of such terms and conditions as amended from time to time. Terms and conditions affect a User. These must be read these before a User purchases the esupersaver Economy Scheme. Some of the clauses may be related to other clauses, and therefore no clause may be read in isolation including interpretation in conjunction with GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE FOR PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGEas also detailed on www.airindia.in. These terms and conditions set out contractual relationship between Air India and the User. All travel shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions incorporated in or by reference to the respective tickets issued by Air India as the case may be and also the timetables/schedules of Air India in effect at the time of travel. Air India reserves the right to terminate or change esupersaver scheme or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever at any time without notice.

Only redemption of booklets issued earlier permitted Valid for single user only for travel in Economy Class on select Air India domestic sectors in India. Scheme Details: esupersavereconomy Scheme for is available for sale through website www.airindia.in only For travel on sectors up to 750 kms distance esupersavereconomy Booklet Fare: Rs 18,000. (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) for Four (04) All Inclusive Rs 34,000 ( Rupees Thirty Four Thousand Only) for Eight (08) All Inclusive Rs 48,000 ( Rupees Forty Eight Thousand Only) for Twelve (12) All For travel on All domestic sectors (irrespective of distance) Rs 24,000. (Rupees Twenty Four Thousand Only) for Four (04) All Inclusive Rs 46,000 ( Rupees Forty Six Thousand Only) for Eight (08) All Inclusive Rs 66,000 ( Rupees Sixty Six Thousand Only) for Twelve (12) All Inclusive esupersavereconomy Booklet Fare is inclusive of all charges, levies and fees including Passenger Service Fee (WO), Service Tax (JN), Swacch Bharat Cess (F2), KrishiKalyan Cess ( G1), User Development Fee (IN) and ADF (YM). Please note that Fuel Charge has been merged with Base Fare. On the esupersaver Booklets sold on / before 30 th of June 2017 the airline has already collected Service Tax at the time of sale of Booklet from the User for onward remittance to Government of India. Additional Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not being levied as the Service Tax has already been paid. ITR for travel is being issued in consonance with the Original Sale of booklet. On all transactions of esupersaver i.e. Reissuance/Date Change, No Show, Refund Charges, Rollover charges being processed effective 1 st of July 2017, GST would be applicable. GST is not applicable for journeys originating or terminating in an airport located in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura or Bagdogra in West Bengal. The exemption therefore applies to/from the following airports: Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Jorhat, Lilabari, Silchar, Tezpur, Imphal, Shillong, Aizawl, Dimapur, Agartala, Bagdogra. Scheme Process Flow: On purchase of esupersavereconomy Booklet, applicable would be uploaded on www.airindia.in in the passenger s name into user s online account with : 180 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Four (04) 240 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Eight (08)) 300 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Twelve (12)

-03- A confirmatory mail would be sent to the e-mail id shared by the user during registration process ecoupons to be redeemed (exchanged) to an e-ticket using redemption options mentioned on the website within the validity on all listed domestic sectors operated by Air India.. The validity of e-ticket would from the date of issue of the esupersaver Booklet. Salient Features: One ecoupon would be valid for single sector only (where there is no change in aircraft involved). For return travel two ecoupons would be redeemed. For multiple sectors i.e. Kolkata to Delhi and then Delhi to Chandigarh two ecoupons would be redeemed The domestic sectors operated by Air India qualifying under the scheme Up to 750 kms and All Sectors are listed in View Details TAB on the Home Page of esupersaver Scheme on www.airindia.in. esupersaver Booklet as such is not a valid document for travel. ecoupons of esupersaver Booklet would have to be converted to an e-ticket using Redemption Option on the website. esupersaver Booklet --------------------------------- e-ticket(s) Redemption The channel of conversion of esupersaver Booklet ecoupons into e-ticket is only online and through Redemption Option on the website www.airindia.in. Open-dated tickets are not issued. Status of esupersaver ecoupons once exchanged for an e-ticket status would bechanged as Used on website www.airindia.in. ( with records of the first transaction when it was exchanged for an e-ticket). Please Note: Coupon / e-ticket Balance remaining in passenger account, at any point of time,would be total of remainingunutilzed esupersaver ecouponsplus the unused e- tickets. Once esupersaverecoupon has been exchanged for an e-ticket, the process is irreversible and the same cannot be reinstated through a reverse transaction. No emailing of esupersaver ecoupons status is undertaken and the same would be visible on www.airindia.in by accessing through password. Once exchanged for an e-ticket only, emailing would be effected at the registered email id. e-ticket once issued can be modified for date change / flight change at any Airline Booking Offices / Air India Call Centre. e-ticket will be sent via email. Users are to ensure that their email addresses is valid before carrying out online redemption bookings. In the event of incorrect email id, the users can view the PNR / Ticket Number on View Booking and based on the details can have the printout from the nearest Air India Booking Office The unutilized ecoupons will remain in My Booking Section on website www.airindia.in and can be utilized as and when required within the validity limit. Payment Options: Any individual (Indians and Foreign Nationals) can purchase with: Valid Domestic (Indian) Credit Card(s) - MasterCard and Visa or Valid Indian Debit Card(s) - MasterCard or Visa or Maestro Internet Banking (direct debit) via select valid Banks in India.

-04- esupersavereconomy Booklet / Travel Validity: 180 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Four (04) 240 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Eight (08)) 300 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Twelve (12) Extension of Validity: The validity of the unutilised esupersavereconomy Booklet cannot be extended. Effective 1 st of July 2017, the validity of unused esupersaver Multi User Coupons of partially utilized booklet can be extended only ONCE by 90 days beyond the validity/ expiry date at a charge of Rs 2500 (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) per coupon plus applicable GST. The payment is to be made to nearest Air India Office. The copy of the Payment Invoice be scanned and forwarded to esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in. - 5% GST applicable over the charge of Rs 2500/= for Economy Class Coupons / Tickets. e-ticket (generated on redemption of ecoupon) can be extended only ONCE beyond the validity /expiry date by 90 days at a charge of Rs 2500 ( Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) plus applicable GST) per sector in the e-ticket. For extension you may please contact the nearest Air India Booking Office or Air India Call Centre. - 5% GST applicable over the charge of Rs 2500/= for Economy Class Coupons / Tickets Reservations: On confirmed basis, subject to availability of seats in the applicable booking class. Booking Class:Reservation Booking Designator (RBD) - Y. There are multiple fare levels (14) in Economy Class ( High -- Y, B, M, H, K,Q, V,W, G, L, U, T, S, E. -- Low). esupersavereconomy Scheme, is applicable in RBD Y, which highest in the hierarchy of the fare level. Business rules of RBD-Y in discounted scheme under esupersavereconomy Scheme and the Business Rules applicable of RBD-Y under the normal fares are distinct, separate and mutually exclusive. Whilst, the facility of RBD-Y has been extended in terms of Booking, being discounted tickets the cancellation penalties are restrictive in nature. Free Baggage Allowance: 25 kgs. For journey on Alliance Air Flights, if applicable, (CRJ / ATR 42 A/C) FBA would be 15 kgs. Combination: Not combinable with any other promotion/discount/discounted fare/special fare. This fare also cannot be combined with any other fare to create one way, round trip, circle trip or open jaw fares. Restrictions:Non-Refundable / Non Endorsable / Non Reroutable

-05- Revalidation: Change in the date of travel / flight number permitted till 01 hour before departure. Change in sector not permitted. Change in the date of travel on the same sector can be undertaken, at a charge of Rs 2500 (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) plus applicable GST. 5% GST applicable over the charge of Rs 2500/= for Economy Class Tickets. The validity of e-ticket would from the date of issue of the esupersaver Booklet. For revalidation the passenger may please contact the nearest Air India Booking Office or Air India Call Centre. No Show: e-tickets upon no-show i.e. less than one hour of departure or after departure of the booked flight are Non- Refundable - Basic Fare would be forfeited. Exception When the passenger has already reported at the Airport and is no show, they can roll over / travel on the next available flight of Air India, on payment of charge of Rs 3000 /- ( Rupees Three Thousand Only) for Economy Class Tickets i.e 5% GST for Economy Class ticket. The validity of e-ticket would from the date of issue of the esupersaver Booklet. For revalidation the passenger may please contact the nearest Air India Booking Office or Air India Call Centre. Refund Rules Fully Unutilized esupersaver Booklet:Refund of fully unutilized esupersaver Booklet is valid for one year from the date of booklet expiry at a charge of Rs 2000 /- (Rupees Two Thousand Only per booklet). This includes the expired booklets. For refund the passenger may please contact esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in 5% GST applicable over the charge of Rs 2000/= Partly Utilized Booklet: Partly utilized booklet / Unutilized e-tickets, the refund would be effected with forfeiture of Basic Fare of the residual ecoupons / tickets. All others levies, surcharges, cess and taxes would be refunded. For refund the passenger may please contact esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in

-06- Discontinuation of sector : In the event of discontinuation of sector, the e-ticket can be reissued for another sector of choice, as per sectors qualifying under the respective scheme For All Sectors. The validity of revalidated / reissued e-ticket would be : 180 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Four (04) 240 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Eight (08)) 300 days from the original date of issue of the esupersavereconomy Booklet for Twelve (12) Get Upfront: The member can avail of Economy Class on payment of Get Upfront amount FFP Accruals: In Flying Returns, accrual would be as applicable to RBD- V. Passenger, if member of Frequent Flyer Programme of any member Star Alliance carrier is also eligible for accrual of miles, as per the business rules of the respective programme, of which s(he) is a member. Accruals are applicable on member undertaking the journey. Air India shall likewise in esupersavereconomyscheme : Buying and Redeeming of theesupersavereconomy Booklet, is considered as an acceptance of these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time. User is responsible for keeping themselves informed of the current Terms and Conditions which are posted on Air India website. Participation will be regarded as acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions. Air India reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms and Conditions as posted on Air India website. All decisions made by Air India shall be final and conclusive in each case. By participating in esupersaver Scheme the User explicitly authorizes Air India to use his/her data provided stored for marketing or communication purposes for an improved Each esupersaver Booklet is strictly personal to the individual to whom it has been issued and is Non - Transferable. Performance of the scheme or any other purpose whatsoever, even if unrelated as may be decided by Air India. In case a User desires otherwise, he /she may inform esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in in writing It is the responsibility of User to keep their mailing address, contact numbers and email address up-to-date. Any communication sent to User will be regarded as delivered when posted or emailed to a mailing address on record. Air India will not be responsible for any delayed, misdirected or lost mail. Any change in the User mailing address, contact numbers and email must be provided in writing to esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in A User can redeem only through Air India website.the extension of validity and revalidation can be undertaken through city Ticketing Offices and Centre in accordance with procedures that may be enforced from time to time.

-07- esupersavereconomycoupons get exchanged to e-tickets only when the seats are available. There is no additional discount on purchase of bulk / multiple booklets. In the event of non-resolution, you could also get in touch with us on esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in In the event of a flight disruption, passengers will be re-routed as per the rules applicable. Air India reserves the right to refuse esupersavereconomyscheme to any person without assigning any reason or when the use thereof was not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Selling, bartering including attempting to sell by means of Internet based sales or an auction is not permitted.in the event of any misuse Air India reserves the right to block the account. User shall keep their web account log in Password confidential at all times and undertake not to divulge the Password to any other person under any circumstances whatsoever and shall not permit any unauthorized person to use their Password. User agrees to be liable for all transactions made pursuant to the use of the web account log in Password with or without the knowledge or consent. User acknowledges that Air India is under no obligation or duty to verify the authenticity of any person who performs transactions through the use of a valid Password In the event of any individual indulging in fraud, Air India reserves the right to initiative action as deemed appropriate. Air India will not be held liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred or however caused, through any unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized use of their web account log in Password. All communications shall be addressed to esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in Any e-communication from Air India is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged information. If you have received the message in error, please notify the sender immediately and delete the message from your system. Any unauthorized disclosure; copying, distribution or use of the message is strictly prohibited, and if done, will result in strict legal action. The message is not guaranteed to be complete or error free. Air India reserves the right to refuse access to personal data to any person when Air India is uncertain of the person's identity or authority. UsersPersonal data may be used and exchanged by Air India for the proper performance of the esupersavereconomy Scheme. Furthermore, in order to enable Air India or their partners to offer products and services, as well as for their direct marketing or communication purposes, information participation may be transmitted confidentially between Air India and their Partners for their sole usage. If the User does not want to receive offers from Air India or their Partners, the User may notify at esupersaver.helpdesk@airindia.in Air India reserves the right to terminate or change esupersavereconomy Scheme or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever at any time without notice. Save to the extent permitted by applicable law, Air India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with esupersavereconomy Scheme or from any termination or change. Air India shall likewise not be liable for any omissions or errors that may have occurred in the information relating to esupersavereconomy Scheme.
