Instructions for Guests to Locate the Shuttle Bus Stops at the Airport When the airport/hotel shuttle arrives at SFO it will go straight to an area on the departure level of Terminal 1 (one of the three domestic terminals) where all of the airport/hotel shuttles go to drop off/pick up guests. This area is located on a center island of the road and it looks like your typical bus stop, with a bench in a glass enclosure. Your guests will recognize which bus to get on by the Hyatt Logo that will be on the side of the bus. Airlines at Terminal 1 include Southwest and US Airways. The bus will then go to the departure level of the second domestic terminal, Terminal 2, to pick up/drop off guests. It will be the same setup as Terminal 1, as far as where guests wait to get picked up. Airlines at Terminal 2 include Virgin America and American Airlines. The bus will then go to the departure level of the third and last domestic terminal, Terminal 3, to pick up/drop off guests. The same drop off/pickup setup as the first two domestic airline terminals applies here. United Airlines occupies this terminal. The last stop at the airport is at the departure level of the International Terminal. Same setup for dropoff/pickup as the domestic terminals. The shuttle then begins its route to the Marriott SFO and our hotel. The jpg attached below has a map of the entire SFO Airport. The green terminal is for international airlines, yellow is domestic airlines. Additional Info The shuttles can load 24 passengers at a time. Sometimes they will fill up before all of the guests waiting will have a chance to get on. It doesn't happen very often as departures usually vary, but in the event that it does, guests will just continue to wait in line until the next scheduled shuttle arrives, which is usually in the next 10 15 minutes. The shuttles usually take about 5 min to get from our hotel to SFO (traffic can change this, but the airport is only 2 miles away from us). The shuttles stop at the Marriott SFO on the way from the airport to the Hyatt. So the shuttle makes a loop that goes to the following destinations in this order: SFO Airport > Marriott SFO > Hyatt Regency SFO. The time it takes to get from the airport to the Hyatt is generally about 10 min.
