Welcome to PAICE Who Attends PAICE As Buyers? PAICE is an expo aimed predominantly at the business sector. All buyers are qualified proven event organisers who are responsible for planning, organising and executing events. Visitors to the show include event organisers who are/from: > Administrative professionals > Corporates > Executive Assistants > Personal Assistants > Association executives > Education Sector > Government Sector > Professional Conference & Incentive Organisers > Travel Agents > Travel Brokers > Wedding Organisers > Wholesalers Local Buyers (Non-Hosted) Local buyers are predominantly from the wider Auckland region or are making their own travel arrangements to get to and from the event. Local buyers have the option to participate in the pre-scheduled appointment programme they may choose to schedule as few or as many appointments as they wish. Local buyers may choose to request privacy meaning that we withhold their contact details from the final buyer contact list. Hosted Buyers Hosted Buyers come from around New Zealand and Australia with the vast majority coming from Wellington and Christchurch. All Hosted Buyers are proven to have business to book scheduled for the next 6-24 months ahead. As a Hosted Buyer the cost of their flights, accommodation and transfers is cover by the Event Organisers. Welcome to PAICE Shared stands: > Please refer to the above stand options on previous page for details of how many companies can share each stand size. > If you have advised us you are sharing a stand with another company each will be presumed to have their own appointment stream unless advised otherwise. > You will be invoiced for your own share of the stand unless otherwise stated. > If you book a shared stand it is of your own responsibility to find another company to share with. Appointment Programme (PSA s) Hosted buyers have agreed to participate in a full day of face to face appointments (24 appointments, 15 minute duration). We ask each exhibitor to complete an online profile which includes a 700 character bio. This then becomes a reference buyers use to aid their selection process. All of the appointments will be buyer driven - meaning that the buyers on your appointment schedule have requested to see you. All local buyers are given the option to participate in the appointment programme however the majority tends to walk through the show on a free flow basis. About one month prior we send all buyers their appointment selection form. On average across our tradeshows of this style, exhibitors can expect between 5-8 appointments. A tentative appointment schedule will be emailed to the exhibitors approximately one week prior to PAICE and a final version will be made available to collect from registration during pack-in. *Note: No exhibitor requests will be offered in. Exhibitor Profiles All exhibiting companies receive a listing on the PAICE website accessible to buyers, including a 700 character company profile. In addition you will also receive a listing in the exhibition preview published in the October/November issue of TRAVELinc magazine and a contact listing in the Exhibition Guide distributed to buyers on the exhibition day. Contact Database Within one week after the exhibition, every exhibitor will be sent a list of buyers with contact details, excluding day buyers who have requested privacy.
