Highest standards of regulation In 2016, MONEYVAL reported Guernsey as being compliant or largely compliant with 48 out of 49 of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations; the highest of any jurisdiction so far assessed. Modern company law Guernsey s company law, which is similar to English law, provides a modern and flexible regime.
