Terms & Conditions 1. The reward chart denotes in thousands of FlySmiLes. 2. Reward Flights can be taken on SriLankan, oneworld member airlines, affiliates and FlySmiLes Partner airlines. Do note one way tickets cannot be issued on FlySmiLes Partner Airlines, Japanese Airlines, Finnair and British Airways. 3. Redemptions are not permitted on codeshare flights operated and marketed by other Airlines for SriLankan Airlines. 4. Rewards shown in the charts are applicable for both adults and children. 5. Redemption of FlySmiLes Miles can be authorised by FlySmiLes Service Centres and SriLankan offices worldwide. 6. When travelling via Colombo use the most direct routing. Any other routing will require the combination of two or more Reward tickets in order to fulfil redemption request. 7. Return tickets can be issued on any oneworld Airline, its affiliates and FlySmiLes Partner airlines. 8. A separate reward chart will be applicable for oneworld airlines, its affiliates and FlySmiLes Partner airlines. 9. If arrival and departure are not from the same city, surface arrangements to be borne by the passenger. 10. Reward tickets cannot be used out of sequence. 11. A reward may be nominated to another with the applicable service fee of 25. 12. When requesting a Reward ticket at the Ticket office, member will be required to submit a Reward redemption / nomination form and copies of member / nominee Passports. 13. Reward redemptions can be combined with any class of travel. (Economy, Peak Economy and Business Class) 14. Reward flights must be booked at least seven days prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in a service fee. Once reservation is ticketed date changes within the ticket validity is allowed with a service fee, subject to seat availability. If the revised travel date is within 7 days of travel a Rush Reward fee will apply. (please refer penalty chart) 15. Rush Reward fee is not applicable for Platinum and Baggage Premier Members and for members holding a Reward business class ticket. 16. Applicable taxes and surcharges will be charged at the time of ticketing on all reward tickets. 3

Waitlist of booking is not possible for reward itineraries. 18. Reward tickets are re-routable to another zone by re-crediting at a service fee of 50 plus the applicable. 19. All applicable taxes and other charges should be collected separately by issuing an EMD (electronic miscellaneous document) and cannot be paid by reward. 20. When cancelling a Reward ticket the member will have to pay a service fee of 50. 21. Service fee will not be applicable for cancellation of reward upgrade tickets. 22. Tax refund on Reward tickets can only be claimed from the issuing city. When cancelling a Reward ticket, Expired will not be re credited. 23. For refunds member will have to contact the original ticket issued station. 24. When changing an itinerary, cancel and rebook the flight 24 hours prior to departure to avoid late change fee. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of the subsequent sectors of the booking. 25. Once travel is commenced on a Reward ticket, the Reward is considered as utilized. Partially utilized tickets cannot be cancelled and cannot be re-credited. 26. Partially utilized tickets can only be date changed and reissued with a service fee of 25. (If applicable the late service fee should be charged 25) 27. Reward tickets are valid for 01 year from the date of issue. 28. Redemption tickets issued on economy class cannot be upgraded by using redemption 29. Infant Reward tickets will only be issued along with the accompanying parent. 110% FlySmiLes Miles will be redeemed for Parent and Infant. Infant tickets cannot be issued on oneworld carriers and FlySmiLes Partner Airlines.. A 10% reduction of millage will be offered for online/ mobile app reward tickets. This reduced reward offer is only applicable for online issuance. 31. A date change of a redemption ticket issued online will lose the reduced reward benefit when re-issuing the ticket. In addition applicable service fee and late change fee will be charged. 32. Rush reward fee and Nominee fee will not be charged for online redemption tickets. 33. Name changes are not possible once tickets are issued. Please ensure that you enter your name as per the Passport. 5

34. FlySmiLes members need to contact the nearest SriLankan Airlines office to redeem FlySmiLes Miles for a redemption ticket on any oneworld carrier. 35. SriLankan Airlines reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms and Conditions as posted on SriLankan Airlines website. All decisions made by SriLankan Airlines shall be final and conclusive in each case. 37. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. 6
