Quadro oven slides really come into their own when handling food in the hot oven: every inch of the way, they keep a secure hold of the oven rack while they are being pulled out from first grip to final extension. In the extended position, food can be safely turned or basted. With the slide moving smoothly the baking tray easily pulls out and pushes back in again, preventing liquids from spilling over. American Quadro 6 with Clean Plus Its special surface finish makes these slides particularly easy to clean. 930 F American Quadro 6 Pyro The pyrolysis resistant slide for ovens with pyrolysis cleaning function. Slides can remain in the oven while the pyrolysis cleaning cycles run. The temperature resistant and food safe lubricant specially developed by Hettich for the pyro-lysis cleaning process guarantees quiet, smooth slide running action. Holds pulled out oven rack securely in position: Perfect Stop Perfect Stop: As simple as ever. But safer. The new Perfect Stop holding function makes it safer and easier to handle hot food pulled out in front of the oven. Because Perfect Stop prevents the oven rack from rolling back into the oven after they have been pulled out. On pulling them out, the locking point can be felt, and a quiet clicking noise signalizes that the slide has securely locked into place. Involving hardly any force at all, the holding function is released in response to a light push. Push! Use in oven with lateral grid The oven slide and oven rack can be connected by means of a customized angle bracket which, in this version, also acts as a limiting stop and conceals the rail system. To make sure the rail/rack system is firmly connected at all times, the angle bracket can be fixed at the rear by a hook in the slide and at the front by a variable attachment system. The slide can be attached to the oven using the American Bracket developed by Hettich. This is where the design of American Bracket is a key advantage. It allows you to position the wire rack system as a unit at different heights in the oven while also providing good lift off protection at the same time. To reposition the rack, the system is lifted at the front and pulled forwards. On repositioning the rail/rack system, the American Bracket provides a secure hold at the lateral grid and a secure connection to the oven when pulling out the rack horizontally. 8 www.hettich.com

Use in molded cavity The Quadro oven rail s unique design also provides system solutions to accommodate the specific situation inside molded cavities. Here, the Quadro rail is mounted in a two part oven rack system that can be positioned at different levels in the molded cavity. In this version, a customized angle bracket can be used to connect the oven slide and the oven rack. To make sure the rail/rack system is firmly connected at all times, the angle bracket can be fixed at the rear by a hook in the slide and at the front by a variable attachment system in the form of a rivet, screw and pin etc. Attachment to the substructure of the oven rack system is by means of a Hettich defined connection bracket which connects the oven slide with the wire. Assembly of rack system Easy installation and removal of the oven rack system No matter whether Quadro slide technology is used in an oven with lateral grid or a molded cavity, the slide system always makes it easy to remove and position the oven rack system. The American Bracket designed by Hettich provides a simple way of connecting oven slide and lateral grid, and makes removing and repositioning the oven rack system an intuitive process for the user. The oven rack system is repositioned once the American Bracket, which aligns the system horizontally and vertically on the lateral grid, is heard clicking into place. With the oven slide being attached in a two part oven rack system for molded cavities, the oven rack system is easy to remove and reposition in this version too. In both versions, the oven rack can only be removed by lifting it and moving it forward, ruling out any possibility of removing the system unintentionally. Positioning the oven rack at different heights Tried and proven Quadro design provides different options for attaching the oven rack to the slide when fitted on the lateral grid. The oven rack can be positioned flexibly at any height.
