Day 1 Saturday 11 June 2016 Pick up in Marseille, 12:00 Velodrome Stadium, Marseille, England vs Russia, 21:00 Marseille, the capital of Provence, is steeped in a rich history and culture. Marseille origins date back to a settlement built by wandering Greek sailors. Thus today Marseille still is one of the most important ports in France. Marseille is renowned not only for its port but also for being the home to the famous French games of petanque (or boules), traditionally played whilst sipping on pastis. Marseille is home to the Velodrome Stadium, famous in the world of football and the venue for the first match of the trip, England vs Russia at 21:00. From there cruise overnight to Nice.
Day 2 Sunday 12 June 2016 Marseille > Nice Stadium Allianz Riviera, Nice, Poland vs N. Ireland, 18:00 Nice, one of the largest cities in France, is home to a bustlingg old town with its lively flower market, colourful cafés and boutiques - just a stone s throw away from the port. For art lovers, the city offers many treasures with the Chagall and the Matisse museums as well as collections with the works of Renoir and Picasso. Arrive early in the morning and enjoy a day of relaxing on board or exploring the city before making your way to the Stadium Allianz Riviera for the second game, Poland vs Northern Ireland at 18:00. Return to SALUZI for a late dinner on board.
Day 3 Monday 13 June 2016 Nice > Villefranche-sur-Mer > Monaco Enjoy a relaxing morning anchored in the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Here, guests can take the tender in to see the quaint town, a festival of colour and old-world charm. Sip a cafe and watch the world go by to the backdrop of the glistening sea. In the evening, take a trip up to the Medieval town of Eze, perched high above the sea with stunning views across St Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Villefranche-sur-Mer, with the dinner suggestion of dining in the prestigious Chèvre d Or in Eze village. Followed by an evening in Monaco for those wishing to visit the world famous Casino. 6
Day 4 Tuesday 14 June 2016 Monaco > Saint Jean Cap Ferrat First thing, guests can step ashore to the cosmopolitan city of Monte-Carlo, for some shopping in the most exclusive boutiques in the world. For lunch, relocate to the charming St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, a forested peninsula between Nice and Monaco, which has always been an attraction, drawing people by its light, peace, the magnificent craggy Provençal coastline and the cobalt waters. Both glamorous and beautiful, it remains remarkably quaint. As you stroll along its coastal footpaths, which reveal glimpses of grand villas and gardens, you almost expect to bump into David Niven, or Charlie Chaplin who once had homes here. Anchor of St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat for the evening and enjoy a sundowner on the sun deck followed by dinner on board.
Day 5 Wednesday 15 June 2016 Saint Jean Cap Ferrat > St Tropez > Marseille Velodrome Stadium, Marseille, France vs Albania, 21:00 Wake up as you gently cruise down cruise along the coast to Saint Tropez. Anchoring off Pampalonne beach to enjoy lunch at the infamous Club 55. After lunch SALUZI will continue the passage to Marseille. Whilst cruising along why not make the most of the on board spa facilities? Arrive in to Marseille in time to watch the match France vs Albania at 21:00.
Day 6 Thursday 16 June 2016 Marseille > Cassis He who has seen Paris and who hasn't seen Cassis can say, I have seen nothing". Or so said the Nobel Prize for Literature winner, Frederic Mistral, about the attraction that Cassis exerts on all those who come here. This small fishing port, is nestled between two exceptional natural sites, the famous massif of the Calanques and the majestic headland of Cap Canaille. Take a tender ride to discover the famous Calanques the coastal crevices with cliffs all around. Both wild and beautiful, a lovely place to stop and enjoy a swim in the crystal waters. You can also enjoy a wander through the town with its narrow streets and squares bordered by the colourful houses that belong to the local fishermen.
Day 7 Friday 17 June 2016 Cassis > Antibes > Nice Stadium Allianz Riviera, Nice, Spain vs Turkey, 21:00 SALUZI will relocate over night so that guests will wake up to the beautiful view of Antibes. Stretch your legs ambling around the rustic old town and the ramparts along the sea. The marché Provençal in front of the town hall is open every day in summer with fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers and local products. Not to mention the stunning Picasso museum. Spend the afternoon on board testing out the water sports toys on board SALUZI, before having dinner on board whilst the yacht relocates to Nice in preparation for that evening s match.
Day 8 Saturday 18 June 2016 Drop off in Nice, 12:00 After a morning of relaxing on board and enjoying a late brunch, guests will be taken to disembark in Nice. Option for football fanatics: Extend for 1 extra day, return to Marseille and watch another match: 18:00 - Iceland v Hungary Group F
