Resort Detail These homes are located in the Punta Ballena development, in KM 7 on Mexico's HWY 1, a ten-minute drive to Los Cabos and 35 minutes to the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Esperanza Resort, an Auberge Resort, sits in the middle of Punta Ballena and the Villas Las Conchas and Residencia villas lie outside its gates on either side of the resort. Members staying in Esperanza have access to all resort amenities three resort pools, spa, fitness center, restaurants, and more. Those staying in the Villas or Residencias are welcome to use Punta Ballena Beach Club, which offers a large resort pool, restaurant, and fitness center. Local Considerations This development was built into the cliffside and the ocean here has an undertow, so the beaches are not swimmable. However, a beautiful, expansive beach is just a ten-minute ride away. The best time to visit Los Cabos is mid-october through June. The likelihood of rain could be higher from July to September.
