Conclusions - Transport infrastructures projects should have more impacts on modal split and socio-economic benefits than projects for «new mobilités» but they require much more investments. - The creation of transport infrastructures is a necessary condition for economic development. - Transport infrastructures should be implemented to last as long as possible because the maintenance and repair budgets are low in comparison with investments budgets. 43
