Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it, in new condition, within 30 days and receive a refund (minus shipping). Warranty: Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from purchase date. This is the best warranty in the industry. Shipping: We ship UPS Ground, which requires a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Expedited shipping is available. You can usually expect your items within 7 days; we will notify you if there will be a significant delay. Repairs: Because we do many steps of the production process ourselves, we can offer repairs.
