INTRUDUCTION Paragliding flight Tandem (2 people). If you've never flown in paragliding and want to try it, the simplest thing is to fly a two-seater paraglider with a qualified pilot. The two-seater is a paraglider designed to carry the weight of two people, the pilot and the passenger, without the need for the passenger to have any previous knowledge of this form of flight. There are also no age or physical limitations, it is enough that the person is able to take some steps and have minimum health conditions compatible with the flight, for example, do not suffer from heart or panic to heights. Minors must have a minimum weight, be authorized by their parents and sign exemption from liability. The take-off is simple of this is ordered by the pilot, the passenger should only follow some instructions, take a few steps and let himself be carried by paragliding, usually with all softness. Once in the air you will comfortably sit on the harness until you touch the ground again. Flights usually last between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the weather conditions and how the passenger sits. Often, the excitement of rising for the first time into the sky accompanied by birds, added to the sensations that are experienced in a paraglider, the movements of the air, etc., make it inadvisable to prolong the flight beyond 20 minutes. However, after a first flight many people discover the magic of what they feel and want to fly paragliding by themselves, something that is achieved after doing a paragliding course in a certified school.

To carry out the flight in paragliding it is important to have several aspects in mind such as: 1. Flight zone: The flight area is located in Ansermanuevo Valley at 40 minutes from Pereira and 15 minutes from Cartago. The takeoff site is in the Western mountain range, is at 1500 meters and its flight conditions are thermal. This type of flight allows the pilot to rise above the take-off area allowing to land in the same take-off area if the meteorological and areological conditions allow. In the takeoff area, we have adequate physical tools for the development of the activity and waiting for the next shift, protected from the elements. In addition, it has cafeteria, playgrounds, swimming pool, bathrooms and an indescribable landscape, where you will see 4 departments like: CALDAS, RISARALDA, QUINDIO and VALLEY OF DEL CAUCA. 2. METEOROLOGY: At all times, the weather conditions are in a continuous change, so the pilot must make an evaluation of them to give continuity and safety to the activity and take off at the right time. The takeoff must have minimum wind and visual parameters, is the wind is suitable for takeoff and the area and area of operation has a minimum of 500 meters vertical and 2 kilometers horizontal. It is important to bear in mind that we depend 100% of the climate conditions and that for that reason we request that all the people who are going to realize the activity understand this situation. 3. FLIGHT EQUIPMENT: The paraglider must be in conditions suitable for the flight, recent equipment and completely adequate, our equipment counts on accessories approved and developed for such activity.

The tandem flight team has: With 1 tandem emergency parachute 2 approved helmets for the activity 1 Chair and 1 copilot harness in ideal conditions. 1 first aid kit according to NTS sector standard AV-013 Pilot certified by FEDEAEREOS and respective registration in the AEROCIVIL. 2 Communication radio 4. QUALIFIED PILOT: The pilot must be registered to a flying club or sports club before the FEDERACION COLOMBIANA DE PESES AEREOS. This allows travel agencies and tourists, etc., to provide adequate safety knowledge for the development of the activity in its entirety. Gustavo Pineda Ortiz (bilingual) Habilitations: Tandem Pilot Monitor Acknowledgments: TEST PILOT Flight hours: 6,000 hours to 10,000 hours Experience: 23 years, pilot since 1996. Certificate of suitability: COL-464-PG (AEROCLUB FENIX PARAPENTE). In the event that the group has more than 10 participants to carry out the activity, we have a human capital of qualified drivers to strengthen the development of the same, all certified by the FEDERACION COLOMBIANA DE SPORTS AEREOS. It is clear that our human capital of pilots is in the national and international rankings of the INTERNATIONAL AERONAUTICAL FEDERATION according to existing regulations.

5. OPERATING COSTS For 1 Person $ 140,000 THOUSAND PESOS. From 2 to 5 people the value for each one is $ 125,000 pesos. From 6 people onwards $ 115,000 pesos each. A. In operating costs is included: FEDEAEREOS certified pilot Health care policy FLIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO (10 PHOTOS and 1 VIDEO OF 1 MINUTE). Transportation from the meeting point to the take-off area and back to the meeting point. Entrance to the take-off area. Track right. Flight time is estimated to be between 10 and 20 minutes, the first recommended time. 6. RESERVE: To reserve a two-seater or tandem flight, you must pay 50% of the cost of the operation, this reservation is a commitment between Fenix Parpaente Colombia and the person that will perform the activity. The reservation must be made 3 days before the date scheduled by you, in this way safely and clearly, we will send the respective health care policy to the user of the service. After the reservation support is sent, attach the following information: Name (s Surnames Document type Identification document Weight

Blood type Email Phone number 7. PLACE AND TIME: The activity starts at 9 am, the meeting point is the Ansermanuevo Valle Fire Station, the person who arrives 30 minutes later, must cancel their transportation service to the take-off area and vice versa as we respect punctuality and the reserve order. We request punctuality since we depend 100% of the climate. Arriving in the flight area is shared with the takeoff zone instructions and safety measures to develop the operations effectively. It is important to know that it is an outdoor activity and that we must have total willingness not to impose discomfort in the group, and as a flight team be attentive to the call of their turn, is a unique experience and the most important is to adapt with humility naturally. 8. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE POLICY FLIGHT: Within our experiences and endorsements, we have the medical assistance of COLASITENCIA, the only entity in the country that offers us security and respect. Designed for those who give vent to aerial adventures. The sports covered by this assistance product is only: Paragliding, parachuting, ultralight flights, hot air balloons, always as a passenger. Flights must be made until 4:00 PM at the latest. http://www.colasistencia.net/colasistencia-vuelo/ 9. INTEGRAL CONDITIONS FOR CARRYING OUT THE ACTIVITY: Persons not eligible to develop the activity: Women in gestation. People suffering from osteoporosis. Persons with Herniated disc (spine) problems. People with heart problems. Note: Persons who have suffered a fracture before 6 months must inform the pilot.

10. FLIGHT DAY RECOMMENDATIONS: Go in comfortable clothes (Tennis, T-shirt). It is not recommended to go in sandals or crocs. Have sun block and sunglasses. Breakfast very light. Do not drink liquor or hallucinogenic substances the night before. There are no age limitations, we fly from the age of 7 years and as mentioned above the minors must be authorized by their parents and sign exoneration of responsibilities. When a pilot decides not to fly is only and exclusively because they do not give the conditions to carry out the activity either for safety or meteorology. If the flight cannot be made by meteorological or physical variables, the flight date will be reprogrammed.
