HOMER GLEN AREA COMMUNITY PARKS VILLAGE OF HOMER GLEN PARK PROPERTIES Owned and Maintained by the Village of Homer Glen Heritage Park 14110 W. 151 st Street This 103 acre park, located adjacent to Village Hall, is currently closed due to phase I construction. Phase I will include the following: site roadway, 1.5 mile multipurpose trail, Village Green, main (west) parking lot, storm water management, installation of sanitary sewer and water main, smart lighting and landscaping, including the planting of approximately 136 new trees. Kingston Hills Park 14848 S. Carlton Lane The Village s first Village Park is located in the Kingston Hills subdivision on Carlton Lane between Manor Lane and Hampshire Lane. The 1.72 acre park includes a small shelter, playground equipment and connects to the Village s Heroes Trail system. Stonebridge Park 16000 S. Stonebridge Drive This 5.61 acre park is located south of 159 th Street on the west side of Stonebridge Drive. Park amenities include a large pavilion, playground equipment, lighted basketball and tennis courts, a fitness course and a picnic area.

Park amenities include a large play-ground area, a putting green, a small picnic shelter, a native area and a serene nature lookout adjacent to several large ponds and walking trails. The park has 6 soccer fields, a concession stand, a fishing pond, picnic area and playground equipment. Morris Park 15365 W. 163rd Street, Lockport This 11 acre park is located in the Pebble Creek subdivision off Parker Road and Sweet Water. The park has three baseball/softball fields, soccer field, fishing pond, picnic areas, as well as playground equipment. Culver Memorial Park 14600 S. Parker Road, Homer Glen This 6 acre park is located on Greenbrier Lane in the Woodbine subdivision off 151st Street. Yangas Park 12001 W. Venetian Way, Homer Glen This 10 acre park is located on Venetian Way in the Derby Meadows subdivision off Will- Cook Road. This 9 acre park is located at the end of Lakeview Trail in the Twin Lakes subdivision off 159th Street. The park has a fishing pond, nature outlook, forested grove of trees and picnic area. Homer Township Sports Complex 14354 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen This approximately 35 acre park is located off 151st Street behind the Homer Township Administration Center. The park has two lighted football fields, four lighted baseball/softball fields, with bleachers, scoreboards, irrigation systems, concession stand, restrooms, picnic tables and a pavilion. The park has playground equipment, pavilion, picnic area, latrine, walking/equestrian trails and wetland/prairie restoration. Trantina Farm Park 15744 W. 151st Street Trantina Farm Dog Park 15717 W. 151st Street Lockport The park is located on the south side of 151st Street between Cedar and Gougar Roads. The Dog Park consists of about 2 acres which is fenced and divided in two sections: one for smaller dogs less than 15" at the shoulder or 30 lbs. or less and the other for larger dogs. Parking, benches, a pavilion and a mowed, looped trail surrounding the Dog Park are available for horses, dogs and humans.
